The biggest waste of time waiting on my order. Get people who want to work and know what they're doing.Edit to add: As a doordasher, I will NEVER click confirm before you give me a reason to confirm. That's not how it's done and after a 20 minute wait, again, that was the final straw. The attitudes of your employees are terrible. We are bringing money in by making these deliveries and we're treated like garbage. I will start declining every order for this place like many others are doing already.

Just came to eat at wing stop, and I got the wrong cup and so I asked for the right cup. The lady was mad at threw it over the counter at me on the counter. When asked for the manger I got eyes rolled at me. Then gets who is in charged, and is yelling at me staying I was wrong.

We ordered online and the wait was 60+ minutes, not the end of the world we were willing to wait. Then, they got our order wrong and we called to have them fix it, they were willing to do it but it would be another 40+ minutes because they had orders ahead of ours. So we just asked for a refund since the rest of our food would be cold by the time we received the correct item. They absolutely refused to issue a refund and one team member said “i have what they call a microwave at my house, y’all might want to invest in one.” I did not pay $40 dollars to take my food home and microwave it. We asked for a team member to call the manager and they also refused, stating “he never answers us during the day.” Overall everyone was very unhelpful. We ended up having to call the corporate office to get a refund. We will not be back.

I DoorDash and every single time, they will take 30 minutes before an order is ready. You’ll show up and an order is hardly started, This is extremely disrespectful not only to us drivers but our customers as well. Many of us drivers have decided to start reporting them to DoorDash, if you can’t handle the orders you don’t need to be taking up our time. The store smells terrible; whoever manages and owns it should take more pride in their store as well.
