The workers rude overpriced employees eating in the side in ice cream section employees don’t wash the hands they don’t clean the trays this is awful experience employees talking crap about customers and other employees they take forever on the drive thru I wouldn’t no recommend and they treat the employees differently always on the phone the manager and shift leaders treat the employees differently

Ordered a salad, limited dressing options and it's EXTRA. Also got what was supposed to be a chicken sandwich, it was dry. So dry chicken sandwich, and dry chicken salad. Definitely a loss today. 🙏🙏🙏

The Bacon Cheese Hungr-Buster was the best burger I'd had at DQ in many years. My wife enjoyed her Dude (chicken-fried steak sandwich). They made me a perfect chocolate shake - not too thick and not too thin. DQ makes best chocolate shakes in the world; I only wish they came in a larger size.

Avoid at all cost. Worst DQ in Texas. Started with sitting in the driver thru maybe 5 minutes before me saying “hello?” To get an answer. Ordered my food having to repeat everything and clarifying again. Felt very little confidence that the order was correct. Got to the window and the gal was struggling with getting the order in the computer- NBD. Figured maybe she is new. Finally paid and got my receipt, and of course the order is wrong. Again, no big deal- I didn’t want a combo but was getting a combo. Hanging out waiting, and she brings me my blizzard. I let her know that’s not my blizzard- it was not what I ordered and it looked disgusting. Again verified what I ordered, and she continued to argue and say I was wrong. I asked if I could get something else instead since we disagreed on ingredients of the blizzard. She told me she would have to charge me if I wanted something else. At this point, I’m frustrated. I hand her the blizzard back and tell her to cancel my whole friggin order. I set my receipt on the window sill as she now starts to say “let me get the manager” with an attitude. And I proceed to leave before wasting any more of my time at this place.

Every time I go through here, I eat or get a blizzard. Never have had an issue. Great food and service.
OCT 2025, same quality service as usual!! Recommend this DQ to anyone travelling through here.

Velzate Trucking

Terrible service! Unsanitary employees receive cash with their bare hands and then put their hands on customers food. When brought to their attention, they laughed about it as if it was normal to them. Manager was rude and obnoxious about the whole thing. Poor leadership! Can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like. Zero stars!!

I ordered through the drive and specifically asked for Texas sauce, but when the order got put in, the workers didn’t even put it on my ticket. (That’s not the issue, they probably didn’t hear me) I sat outside for about 15 minutes waiting, and when I finally went back in to ask about it, the lady at the counter gave me nothing but attitude. Instead of helping fix the mistake, she acted like I was making it up. Horrible customer service and a terrible way to treat paying customers. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

My husband went to go get dinner for me and he noticed none of the cooks were wearing gloves. He simply asked if it could get remade because he had no gloves on. The cook proceeded to say they don’t have to wear gloves and that if he made another burger he was going to charge us for another one. My husband asked to talk to another staff member and she said yeah I’ll have you make another one no charge. They then proceeded to take over 30 minutes to remake just ONE burger and the whole time all of the staff started speaking in Spanish making rude remarks. After all said and done he put 4 jalitos on my VERY cold burger.

worse experience ever!!! I always purchase a cone and a mini cup for my pup. the rude lady charged me for a mini blizzard. i told her there is no way a mini cup of ice cream is 3.84 when i paid only 2 bucks for a med cone. i get this mini cup every sunday for my dog. she said the only way to charge was for a blizzard. she could have charged for me a small cone not a blizzard. i did not get a blizzard. i got a mini cup of ice cream. unprofessional! will never return to the only place in town for ice cream. i will drive 30 mins before i go back there. how you charge someone for a blizzard when they only get a small cup of ice cream. poor customer service. associate should have explained they do not sell ice cream in a cup even though i have purchased one for the last 3 months every sunday. i could have gotten a small cone instead of a cup.
