Tried to eat here for lunch today, we were seated right away & brought our drinks. Waited over 10 minutes with the waitress who sat us walking by several times, another couple came in, were seated & their order was taken but no one ever came to take our order. We finally got up & left.

Yes! Hwy 87 has treasures! This is a incredibly good family owned and staffed restaurant! The Carne Guisada was so fantastic that I had to go to the back and give thanks to the chefs!! Wow! Yum!

I ordered the beef fajita dinner, it was really delicious. The fajitas were so tender and flavorful. The beans were tasty and the rice was cooked to perfection. I will definitely be stopping by again when I drive through Sterling City.

Called and checked hours for a planned group meeting and was told that they would be open. All the sudden a group of 20 comes in from out of town and they're closed and google hours are changed. To bad lost out on alot of business, wont ever try to come back!

Without a doubt the worst breakfast we’ve ever been served. We waited over 30 minutes for our huevos ranchero and chorizo scramble. Cold and undercooked when it finally arrived. Flat puddles on our plates as opposed to the toothsome pictures above. Our potatoes were not breakfast potatoes but greasy frozen fries pulled out of the fryer way early. Cold, limp, pale, greasy. The tortillas were delivered warm but raw and doughy. Barely kissed by the grill. Refried beans cold. Chorizo scramble cold. Egg whites uncooked despite over easy order. This after waiting 30 minutes! The wait staff offered to replace but we were already nearly an hour in and behind schedule. I’m still floored that a restaurant can prepare a plate this bad. Too bad for a nice clean place with friendly staff.
