Went there today for lunch, have been there many times.the food has been good in the past. But today, the lady said we have fish and shrimp as today's special. So three big strapping outdoor, hard working guys sat down to wait for our fish and shrimp plate. Anyplace I've ever eaten fish, you are served at least 3 pieces of crunchy fish. Not at Spankeys today. Our plate shows up with 1 piece of fish 3 mini shrimp, 3 onion rings with pasta salad. The pasta salad didn't deserve to be on a fish plate. But it wasn't bad. The 1 piece of fish was rubbery, grease. Look like a child's plate for 12 buck's. Give at least 3 pieces of fish, fries, coleslaw, Punto beans. And keep your fish crunchy not soggy and greasey. I'm sorry but it was not good food.

True customer service with a smile! Called and asked if they could help me, they said sure! Then when I stopped by, they took time to go in the back and found what I needed. It's nice to find a store that will take the time to provide service that leaves the customer feeling blessed.

Wasn't expecting much when my coworker and I stopped in there for lunch and when we walked through the door it smelled great. So I ordered a burger and fries and was not disappointed when the taste matched the aromas coming from the kitchen! Service was friendly and timely. Will definitely stop in again the next time I'm in the area.

Extremely rude, unprofessional staff. Thankfully there are plenty of other liquor stores in Port A, I’d even drive to corpus to avoid this place, but we will not be back.
