Delicious treats and coffee, not too overly sweet along with an inviting space and friendly staff.

This place is not bad food wise quick grab and go. My issue is they are never ready at time of opening. I come daily at opening or shortly after and most products are not available. Why open at 8am of most products are not available? I’m not sure if it’s poor leadership or just bad protocol but from an owner perspective how many lost sales is the business dealing simply because the product is not on the floor and ready for purchase. Honestly only reason I still come here is because it’s the only fast breakfast places in the area.

Light, yummy, beautiful cakes, fantastic snack foods and breakfast foods will definitely keep visiting repeatedly.

It’s ridiculous that i can’t purchase their special mug after spending more than $30 online! They should actually offer it not only in store purchase coz online orders saves them from service. Most stores give rewards and freebies if you order them online and not in store. Bad customer service. Please add that promo online or at least inform your customers about it.

My sister and I visited during Thanksgiving week for a quick stop, and unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. We accidentally ordered a hot drink instead of an iced one and politely asked if it could be changed. We fully understood if the answer had been “no” or if there was an additional charge.
Instead, we were met with unprofessional behavior from an older employee who appeared irritated from the start. She rolled her eyes, sighed, and spoke under her breath before reluctantly asking the barista about our request. The barista seemed annoyed as well but agreed to make the change.
While we waited, the older employee announced an order number while staring directly at my sister. Within seconds, she raised her voice and snapped, “HELLO, isn’t this yours? Come get it,” in a confrontational tone—even though my sister’s drink was not ready, and another customer stepped forward to claim his two drinks. The hostility was completely unprovoked and unacceptable.
We were going to just leave without our drink, when the barista came out with it in hand. Beyond the disrespectful interaction, the drinks themselves were below standard, though that is not the main reason for this review.
This employee’s behavior was shockingly unprofessional, emotionally unstable, and inappropriate for a customer-facing role. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location.

On a positive note, the young cashier was exceptionally polite and friendly. His kindness stood out and was greatly appreciated

This location is very clean and almost fresher compared to the bellaire location!The matcha was not pre made and stored but made there instead and definitely tastes different.They do not come with strawberry pieces like the bellaire one but the drink and pastries were really good and fresh with a clean environment!!

The strawberry chocolate cake and the macchiato cream cake are amazing, plus the egg tart is the must buy. Out of the drinks i would reccoment the tiger boba latte with no ice/light ice

I recently went In store and got my usual Jasmine Sea Salt and it was super busy but I couldn’t help but notice, well it was hard not to, as I was waiting on my drink I heard a loud “MOVE” and I look over and I saw a girl wearing a black shirt, I believe her name was Quinn, she is the general manager, and she hit one of the employees with a tray and didn’t even apologize! that’s absolutely ridiculous and i feel a bit scared for the workers! if this is how she regularly acts i am worried for them!

This location has always been my favorite. They offer a wide range of products, everything tastes good and not overly sweet. When we have friends from out of town came and visited, we took them here and they were impressed too.
Stopped by on a busy Friday and I can finally try their new (maybe seasonal) item - Cinnamon Roll.
It’s huge!!!! Very soft too. The place was super busy at the time, long line and everyone was friendly.
Only one person was doing cashier but she handled everything perfectly, fast and efficiently. She greeted me with a smile while putting my items in, patiently answering all my questions and recommending a good drink too. Later I found out from the person made my drink that lady is the general manager and her name is Quinn(?!). Well it’s nice to see a place that has manger with good work ethic and professional customer service. 85C made my day!
