This place has great fried rice and vegetable rice. It's a little greasy but I deal with it because it's close to my house

This is easily the best sushi experience I’ve had in the Houston area. While the entire meal was excellent, the Hama Chili is a true standout—a sophisticated, gourmet dish that is incredibly rare to find executed at this level. The balance of the delicate yellowtail with the heat of the chili and the bright acidity of the sauce makes it a world-class appetizer.
We visited on a Sunday and were thrilled to find they offer happy hour pricing all day. Beyond the Hama Chili, the Pepper Tuna Tataki was perfectly seared, and the New Orleans roll offered a unique, bold flavor profile. The nigiri—especially the sea bass and red snapper—was pristine and clearly high-grade.
We also loved the Shrimp Tempura, which had a perfect light crunch, and the cheesecake was a decadent way to end the night. If you are looking for top-tier quality and rare gourmet finds like the Hama Chili, this is the spot.

Service was pretty slow but on the bright side my food was pretty good. Sushi was fresh and my friend enjoyed her ramen.

Unfortunately after attending tonight, I don't believe I can return. While only a little over half the tables were full, the service at my spot at the bar was very poor. It's difficult to blame the waiter due to him clearly having an inordinately large section compared to the other two. While ordering, the waiter was obviously in a rush and I had to stop the waiter from walking off before taking my drink order. I asked if there was any Yamazaki, the waiter told me there was without even a glance, and then rushed off. The kitchen staff separately brought my sushi, but it took a while longer for my ginger and wasabi and even longer for soy sauce, by which point I borrowed a bottle from another seating location. At that point I got up, chased down my waiter, and asked about my drink after my whole meal had arrived and at which point he told me they did not have any Yamazaki. Rather than find an alternative, I went for water. The service has been declining, but now it is at the point of being hurried, rude, and inaccurate.

Horrible service got seated right away. But only to be ignored. People that got seated at the same time were helped but not my table. We Waited about 15 mins before leaving. Won't come back!! If you like your time wasted come here. Overpriced, and we had to wait a long time for them to bring us the drinks and food. ( And my baby didn't feel well after eating the food.)

I love the rolls which yoi can never go wrong because they make them fresh.

I had the wagu kabobs for yhe first time. The flavor was good but the meat was not tender as I expected. Four very small pieces of meat was so not worth $20.

I've ordered delivery and dined in at this location. The TX Hybrid roll is the most unique and delicious roll I've ever tried. You can't go wrong with anything on the sushi menu. I came in for a late lunch as a birthday gift to myself and thankfully, Sundays are happy hour all day. The atmosphere in the restaurant is so relaxed and welcoming. I'm more of introvert so anytime I'm in town, I will be ordering delivery again. The packaging is so convenient and they include generous portions of ginger & wasabi. If you dine in and order sushi, bring cash because those chefs are doing amazing work and more than deserve their tips
