I just went in there with my mom in the mist of them closing down at the end of this month, and I asked where the restroom was and the lady in the bakery directed me to it. I went inside and I was about to wash my hands and there was no soap, which is very questionable to me because as employees, no matter what department your in, you’re supposed to wash your hands after you use the bathroom. Why is there no soap in the restroom ? It doesn’t matter if y’all was going to shut down today or in the next month, that’s not sanitary no matter who goes in there, especially the people who work there. I don’t recommend coming here and hopefully if they do choose to move locations, that they invest in a maintenance team. After I left the bathroom, I approached the lady that works in the front and asked her if they had soap and she just nodded her head and tried to tell me there was soap where they wash their hands somewhere else in the store lol…..
No one picks up the phone at all. Called grocery, restaurant, and manager. No one is working there at all? Made calls for 2 days back to back.
Very unorganized and limited inventory don’t waste time
Everything about this place is a red flag. From the frozen food to the meat. Its always rotting, and you WILL GET SICK. Dont buy anything from here or avoid if possible and double, triple check before u buy and eat. This place shouldn’t be open if they dont have the ability and traffic to keep up.
They are temporarily closed for construction. They need to at least update on google maps.
Looks like it’s on its last legs. Only 1/3rd of store in use. Smells bad. Hot. The people of New Territory deserve an acceptable alternative to H‑E‑B. This isn’t it.
It is 3:28 pm Saturday May 13th, 2023. I went in to purchase groceries but the store does not have power so their credit card machines are not working. There is a cashier lady taking cash only. FYI.
Pakistani and Indian grocery store. You can find all kinds of Asian products.
I suppose for an Indian food market it is okay. Only half the stores shelved out. They should market themselves as Indian food market instead of Asian food market. Nothing for Chinese or Japanese or anything Eastern Asian cooking.
Dont go there, his products are expired, all of them, its a waste of money and time, this store is no good for nothing. I am surprised they are still open and Sugar Land City is letting them stay open, see pictures of what i just bought today 12/12/22!

I bought this pricy item that happened to be rotten while frozen . How can I trust buying anything else in the store. Definitely a huge storage problem and a health hazard
I have recently moved to Sugarland area and my experience with this store is excellent. I been to several Indian/Pakistani groceries in the area (specifically World Food on Hwy6 which I used to go regularly) but this place has the most reasonable (CHEAPER) price and decent quality according to my comparison. This includes both meat and vegetables. Yes, sometimes I notice dried up vegetables on the shelf but its true for any Indian/Pakistani grocery. Not sure why some people has mentioned higher prices which I find completely not true. For example, we always buy shallot Onions which is 2.99/lb or more everyone including Walmart/HEB or Target but at Al Rabba its 1.99/lb! That's a huge price difference. Its best to do your own price and quality comparison. Overall, good place to shop.
Produce is very limited and some are going bad. Maybe if it could just be something like Aldi with a large variety of canned food at least that would be awesome
Don’t shop here! This was the second occurrence where I have purchased something and it’s spoiled even while the product is within the expiration date. This speaks volumes on how well they maintain and store food items.
Used to be a good place and convenient, with lots of potential. But this morning I walked out. The store is absolutely filthy! I made the mistake of going to the bathroom - disgusting, no words! The rest of the store was also so dirty and dead bugs laying around. How can the raw meat be healthy with an environment like that!
