I’ve always been a fan of Arby’s roast beef sandwiches, and had a taste for one while driving around Sugar Land Texas. Google maps sent me to the closest location, which proved to be a clean, comfortable dining experience, with helpful employees in hot fresh food.

Placed an order in drive thru on the way home after a long day on the road. I was amazed with the service received by Rosibel Torres. She was not only pleasant and greeted me with a smile but she actually double checked my order in front of me to verify it was correct and she discovered my fries were missing from my order and corrected the potential error. I cannot express how much that meant to me as I know I would have been totally disappointed if after arriving home I had discovered for myself that my order was incomplete. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I highly recommend the Hwy 6 in Sugarland location and I will definitely be back!

Picking up my order and a lady eats one of MY frys from my bag before giving me my order. I was ignored for 5 minutes as I waited at the counter & am BAFFLED at the customer service of the workers here. This locations needs new workers.

Stopped by Arby’s for the first time and had a great experience. The Beef ‘n Cheddar was hot and fresh, fries were crispy and hot, and the Jamocha shake was a nice suprise suggested to me by Yessica. Big shoutout to her for the awesome service, I wasn’t quite sure what to get (never been to a Arby’s before) and she was super friendly and made ordering easy asking me my likes and dislikes as to help me figure out what I wanted (very indecisive person)Definitely coming back! #happycustomer

Every time I come to Arby's in Texas they have no idea what a Jamocha shake is. If I wanted a chocolate shake I would have ordered that. The ja in Jamocha means java as in coffee. Duh!!!!! And the worker when they were corrected yelled at my daughter as if she was the one that don't know what she is talking about. Corporate may want to come to this location and teach them the difference between a chocolate shake and a Jamocha shake. Last time ever eating at an Arby's in Texas.

Service was so bad , everyone who ordered after me got there order first, and after waiting food was cold, in Rosa came to the front and act like she had an attitude with me because I didn’t want cold food that I waited on, I would give this place zero stars I could, my sandwiches was cold. My bread was unfresh, and they didn’t even have any fries. Most of the tables were wet And still dirty very unpleasant visit.
