Service was so bad , everyone who ordered after me got there order first, and after waiting food was cold, in Rosa came to the front and act like she had an attitude with me because I didn’t want cold food that I waited on, I would give this place zero stars I could, my sandwiches was cold. My bread was unfresh, and they didn’t even have any fries. Most of the tables were wet And still dirty very unpleasant visit.

Wow! I just had the most incredible experience at the Arby's off Route 6 in Sugar Land, Texas, and it's all thanks to Justin, the amazing cashier who served us. From the moment my father and I walked in, Justin's warm smile and genuine enthusiasm set the tone for an exceptional visit.
Justin's customer service skills are truly off the charts. He greeted us with such genuine warmth and friendliness that we instantly felt welcome and appreciated. His attentiveness to detail was remarkable – he listened carefully to our order and made helpful suggestions.
What really stood out was Justin's incredible courtesy and respect. He addressed both my father and me with the utmost politeness, using "sir" and making eye contact throughout our interaction. It's rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and treats customers with such genuine care.
It's cashiers like Justin who transform a simple fast-food visit into a memorable experience. His exceptional service, courteousness, and positive attitude not only made our meal more enjoyable but also left a lasting impression. We love coming to Arby's after rediscovering it with coupons. Even without the coupons the website awesome to order from and they have great deals. Friendly staff, great service and great food. The place is always very clean. We noticed the manager would be always making sure her staff is trained up. I dare say they look like the model store. We love this place and then menu is always full of different options. Mozzerella sticks are always fresh and hot. Portions and the pricing is very reasonable. Now our regular Friday family night dining is at Arby's . Hey Store# 7888 we see yah next Friday!!!!
Parking: The parking lot is shared with the coffee shop next door. There maybe a bit of traffic coming into the parking area but it is plenty.
Kid-friendliness: Staff is very patient and friendly to the kids. My 9 year had a question about the refill when the soda fountain was down. They responded back in a very kind and friendly manner. They were very accommodating to her request.
Food was good, just a bit too salty overall. The whole building was super clean, and the air was crispy cold. Staff was polite and quick. Honestly couldn't ask for much more at a fast food place.
