We frequent weekly and always sit at bar. Depending on which side of the bar you sit determines how great your service is. Tonight we were at the bar about 10 minutes before being acknowledged. Bartender took drink order, placed ticket in glass and took another 15 minutes to bring drink. We watched multiple people flag down someone to order and one man got up and walked out. The visit before we had to flag a table server down to order at the bar. Since this has been happening so much I spoke to manager and expressed issues. His only response to me was “I will move them around”. No apologies. No thank you for letting me know. We enjoy atmosphere, food, and cold beer however if this type of service continues again we won’t be back.
