The corn was good and not sweet the extra lime was good but not like they make it on a food truck still would go back.

So when I initially discovered this place on UberEats it was really good. I got the cup of corn and chip and guacamole. The cup of corn was decent, but the guacamole was really good and I was super impressed with the portion. I ordered from them two more times after that and it was still all very positive. Now, I’m not sure what changed, but the last two times I ordered from them it was VERY disappointing.
The first time I got the cup of corn and chips and guacamole, however this time they had a regular and a large size. Initially I didn’t think anything of it, assuming maybe I just missed the option before, so I ordered the regular, well, when it arrived the portion was about a third the amount from previous deliveries; Not only that, but it was some of the worst guacamole I’ve ever had (including Taco Bell). There was nearly an equal amount of avocado to tomato (or pico idk) ratio, so it was watery and just kinda gross. Also, the quality of avocado was WAY worse, with large chunks of chewy stringy, unripe avocado. The cup of corn was about the same as before, decent.
Anyways, I figured, maybe it was just a fluke and the person who made that batch was new, idk, so I ordered again, but this time I ordered the large guacamole, bc I assumed they adjusted their portions, and instead of corn I tried a sandwich with avocado, “melted” cheese, and feta (the picture made it look like a grilled cheese with avocado). Well, when my order arrived it was the same as the last, a smaller portion of half watery poor quality avocado, half tomato, but bc it was a “large” they loaded some extra concession stand nacho quality corn chips into the box…wow, thanks. And the sandwich, same nasty unripe avocados with unmelted shredded cheese…not very good at all. I ate half the sandwich and some of the chips and threw the rest away.
Overall, very disappointing. It started off very promising and became the complete opposite. I don’t know what happened…maybe new management, maybe yall decided to save some money by adding more tomatoes as a space filler, but it sucks now.
10/10 do not recommend. Fire whoever came up with the idea to change what was a good thing before.

First time trying elote and I very pleased at first experience! The guacamole is made right in front of you and can add extra lime or seasonings to your pleasing! Definitely will come to first colony ONLY for this place! Oh! And lemonade is so refreshing!
