Nice place I love to come here and try something new every time but this last time I went they were acting a little judgmental they clearly had a sign on the window says they are giving out scratch off prizes for the month of September for each purchase well when I did this last purchase she didn’t want to give me one because I had redeemed one but the sign clearly stated you get a new one with every purchase she finally decided to issue out another one but was not very friendly about it I just feel like if I was a different color she’d had no issue. I don’t like that. I actually have a problem spending my money at places like this, but I’m going to give them another chance to make sure this wasn’t case.

If I could give 0 stars. My son and I decided to stop by on our day out on Sunday. Ordered 2 Avalanche, both with extra syrup, which was not added, because they tend to be dry and no flavor. Also asked for condensed milk to be added, which was only put on top. One was given back for the extra syrup to be added, and it still was not added, plus the guy who made them made a smart comment. That kind of service made me realize that was the reason for not going returning before. Give customers what they ask for and pay for without sarcasm.

Great place! Awesome selections! My son loved his Create-your-own sno-cone so much he made a poster to put on the wall! I can't figure out how to share it here though.

Wait time was horrible and we paid extra for condensed milk for them to only put one squeeze at the top. None in the middle. None at the bottom. It's Incredibly disheartening to wait forever for an expensive treat with add ons and they give it sparingly. Not pleased!
