My friend and I visited extremely excited to experience martini Monday and received horrible service. We waited more than 10 minutes to be acknowledged at the very empty bar. After we placed our ordered, our server left our table to sit down, vape, and talk with a group in a booth on the other side of the bar. Our fries were cold when we received them, our drinks came after her conversations with friends, and I waited fifteen minutes just to get my check and pay. The overall experience has soured us on this place. Would not recommend.

Servers will seat in the booths across from the bar and won’t even greet you or anything the food is great but I hate coming in here for the service

Terrible service. Sat down at the bar and wasn't attended for 25 minutes. Once I did order one drink and an appetizer it was another 20 minutes before I got either.

This experience was completely unacceptable, and I will never return to this Bar Louie location.
Our server vaped openly while we waited for our food, drinks, and even our final bill. Even more alarming, the manager was seated in a booth with several servers, laughing, vaping, and ignoring customers altogether. This was not subtle or momentary — it was ongoing and blatantly unprofessional.
What’s most concerning is that this behavior is clearly being tolerated, if not encouraged, by management. After reviewing past customer feedback, it’s obvious that these same issues have been reported before and are still not being addressed. The generic responses from Bar Louie only reinforce the lack of accountability.
This is not the standard customers should expect from a national brand. Your customers deserve better than to be ignored, disrespected, and subjected to this type of environment. I feel strongly that I am owed a refund for this experience.
If corporate leadership does not step in and correct this, it’s no surprise this location is heading toward closure.
Appalled and extremely disappointed.

Please do not advise for me to contact guest relations as this has already been reported. Im awaiting a response. I would appreciate a follow up from my two emails sent

The wings were too small and fried too hard. The service was very slow, asked for silverware 3 times and never got it. Something was dripping on my head from the ceiling.

We were there for 20 minutes, there was no place to sit because every single surface was dirty and covered in dishes, and we were completely ignored and walked past the whole time. Wound up walking out and no one even noticed.

Ordered for pick up today. Terrible service with servers and bartender ignoring you. It’s a Tuesday, not even that packed but they can’t mange. Even if not for pick up, I’ve been here an hour. Place is filthy, people leave and dishes are just left behind with tables and bar not clean. Would not come here here to eat/drink wether it’s to pick up or hangout

I rarely write reviews, but I had to pull out the laptop for this one because the experience was that bad. My friends and I stopped in before a concert for food and drinks, and we had a feeling it would be a rough visit from the moment we walked in.

We walked in with another party and we were all standing near the entrance, confused about whether to seat ourselves. The “Please seat yourselves” sign was tucked out of view, and it took a while before someone finally came out and told us to sit anywhere.

We found a clean, empty booth with a to-go container on it. When we politely asked a passing server if it was available, she seemed annoyed and cleared it off without a word. After she bit our spirits with her negative energy, I suggested we leave. But, we already paid for parking, so we decided to shrug it off and stay (which turned out to be a mistake).

Our server, Jarina, was prompt and friendly at first. However, when taking our food order, she didn’t write anything down. We immediately knew something would be missed, and sure enough our appetizer never arrived. The drinks were tasty but surprisingly weak for $14 each.

The only redeeming part of the meal was the food itself, which was quite good. Jarina checked on us once or twice, but she and the other servers frequently disappeared into the back, chatting and laughing. Normally that wouldn’t be an issue, but we were on a tight schedule. When it was time to leave, we struggled to get her attention and finally had to interrupt their conversation to ask for the check.

Overall, it was a disappointing visit. I’ve already told the friend who recommended this place not to suggest it again. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend Baker St Pub across the street instead.

Everything was perfectly seasoned food came out quickly. The Monterey chicken was delicious the presentation was awesome. The drinks were definitely on point. I would definitely go back
