Had to wait 40 min just to get greeted. I gave my server the entire order right as I asked for water because I know how busy they can get. 30 minutes later and I still don't see my food, and no one is capable of refilling my drink. I asked the other 5 servers who were making eye contact with me if they could help me out, and they just said, "I'm not your server. I don't know who your server is. Give me a second." 30 minutes later, my actual server shows up and says, "Look, I'm sorry, but I forgot to put your order in. What did you want?"I wasted an hour and thirty minutes sitting on an empty table with no food on the way and empty glasses in front of me.On top of that, they still made me pay full price for absolutely everything despite having me wait almost 2 hours at an empty table.This is a repeated problem at Bar Louie, and it sometimes gets better or worse depending on who's working that day.I'm giving it 2 stars cause the food and drinks were still good, despite everything.

After having some mimosas at Sweet Paris we decided to walk to Bar Louie to eat. We were a party of 8 and the restaurant was almost empty (2:00) mid day on a Friday. The sign at the front read “please seat yourself” we found a table with 8 chairs to accommodate all of us and we were just getting settled in and we were abruptly approached by a man who I initially thought was a random patron. (This man was dressed in a White T over a black zip up hoodie) this man did not identify himself in any way but instead told us we can’t serve outside food here while also saying it’s “against the law” he was referring to our cake that we brought. He also then began to scold us for not calling ahead calling us a large party that needs to give the restaurant advance notice. He literally asked us if we plan on serving “that cake” in this restaurant. My friend said yes we wanted to but if it’s against the rules we don’t want to break them. The man just responded perfect and left without saying anything else. We all just looked at each other and soon after contemplating leaving. Just then our server comes over and introduces herself and we asked her who this guy and she says that he’s the manager and apologizes and he’s just “like this“. The manager then comes out of the restroom and one of us calls to him and ask him to come over as he comes over he’s still in this “hostile attitude “ and it eventually begins to reflect on us and we went back and forth at it. The server leaves as the environment is very much intense and we end up leaving. If this is the way this manager treats his customers I can’t imagine how he treats his employees. We felt very much uncomfortable and angry of how this man talked to us. If you’re having a bad day do not take it out on your customers. Very unprofessional and classless manager. Will never return. Ruined a birthday celebration. We then celebrated at a restaurant across the street WITH OUR CAKE!

They ran out of Chardonnay! My Pinot Grigio was warm. When I pointed it out to my waiter, he said, “I know”. He skipped me when taking orders for my party of seven, my food did not come until the others were half done. Manager comped my sandwich. I only paid for the warm Pinot. Rueben sandwich was good. Service was less than satisfactory to all of us. Way understaffed.

I went there for lunch. Food was ok..My problem is with the bill. First of all they didnt provide us the final bill. The waiter just told us the total and showed us the credit card machine to swipe. He didn't mention the tip was already taken and make us put extra tip on top of the 20 percent tip they already took. I called the store to get the refund for the extra tip since I felt cheated. They promised me they will refund in few days and I still havent received it.

They pulled the boneless, I'm no longer a customer, jk. ? No parking, free garage parking: 16023 U.S. 59 Frontage Rd, Sugar Land, TX 77479, not a very far walk.
Food was good and the vibe was nice, but one of the waitress was not the best nor attentive and it was annoying trying to get her attention multiple of times, and we had to ask others to help. Overall good food and the service could be better and hopefully she improves her serving skills and adjust her attitude.

I went on a Thursday and everything was great! Our bartender (Tee) was very personable, the boneless wings and fries were hot and well seasoned, and there was live music. I also loved the outdoor fire pit.
