Ordered a cake for my son’s birthday, cake was fine; but the staff dealing with the customer on the reception was rude probably forgot this store is located in a multicultural town; and said why did I gave him my son’s name that was written on the cake but my name; that he could not come back and ask me the paid order number; very disappointed the way I was treated

I wanted to take a moment to give a big thank you to the girl that did my daughter’s birthday cake.i wish I had her name. She did an incredible job with the borders and decor of the cake. she really transformed an ordinary cake to something absolutely stunning. THANK YOU!! 🙏🏼

I had a wonderful experience at this location. The young guy was very helpful because I was not sure what I wanted to order but his knowledge helped me. He made me a milk ice cream with extra fruit it was delicious. Thank You so much it helped me cool off in this hot summer we have.

Service was mediocre. The gal that helped us didn’t acknowledge me any of the 4 times I thanked her which I always feel is so rude but my real issue lies in the pest problem they seem to have. We didn’t notice until we sat down but the entire building was lined with dead German roaches. Absolutely disgusting!!! Overall the cleanliness of the place was well below par. Hand prints on everything, ice cream dried to the floor and crumbs all over. It really is no wonder they’re dealing with an infestation. I’ve cream was good but I won’t return to this location.

Service is subpar. Not friendly and always slow. The waffle cones are always stale. My cappuccino blast tasted really bland. We won’t be going there anymore.

Normally the nut containing ice creams are kept separate but this one has them interspersed with non- nut. Not allergy friendly at all. Disappointing and my son could not safely eat here.
Manager double charged me and refused to be helpful and refus d refund. Manager refused to give me a name when cordially asked. Manager was an older black woman.

I went in to order a cake for my partner’s birthday and I asked for a simple black and green alien themed cake and these folks went above and beyond. I couldn’t get a picture before some of the aliens started melting but it’s alright! I will definitely be back to this location. They’ve got some passionate people here. Everyone loved the cake and kept asking where I got it!
