I’ve been going to this food truck since it opened, and while the food was good initially, the quality and service have gone downhill. The staff, especially the desi guy, is rude and dismissive. Yesterday, I got cold food, and he lied, saying it was freshly made. Later, he yelled at another customer who also complained about cold food, creating a very uncomfortable scene. Long story short: I wouldn’t recommend this place anymore.

I am absolutely appalled by the disrespectful and shameful behavior at BBQ Boys, Boat Basin. I was there with my family, including elderly relatives and a toddler, and had to wait over 45 minutes for my order. When I politely approached the young man at the counter—who wore his cap backward, claiming to be the owner—he responded with shocking rudeness, especially towards a woman. His dismissive, disrespectful attitude, with remarks like “you just ordered, and here you are” and started arguing, left me feeling humiliated in front of others.
This is beyond poor customer service; it’s a disgrace. BBQ Boys clearly has let any popularity they have go straight to their heads, forgetting that without loyal customers, they’re nothing. When families come to dine and bring business, the very least they deserve is respect.
We’ve even placed bulk orders with BBQ Boys in the past, yet this is the treatment we receive? I will never return and will make sure others hear about this unacceptable behavior, especially toward women. BBQ Boys should take a hard look at their so-called "customer service" and realize that this kind of treatment will only drive business away. They owe their customers an apology.

Bought 2 chicken malai boti. Paid cash. They charged me 4% credit card fee. Their prices are already high. When I asked them about credit card fee. They said they don't have change. Also won't return my change. Food is below average. Quantity of each serving is too small. Chicken pieces were not cooked well either. Don't get ripped off here.

"Yesterday, I tried BBQ Boys for the first time. Unfortunately, the counter staff showed no welcoming attitude, coming across as arrogant and distracted by his phone call.
I ordered two tikka with two puri and inquired about raita. He assured me it came with raita and asked me to wait 20-25 minutes. However, I received my order after 35 minutes.
When I asked again about the raita, he claimed it was in the box. The food was just okay - the tikka lacked BBQ flavor (5/10) and the puri was disappointing (3/10), especially considering the $3+ price.
To my surprise, the box contained only a half-spoon of imli chutney and four onion rings. For $10 per tikka, I expected a decent serving of raita.

Boat Basin offers a wide variety of food options, so unless you're absolutely craving BBQ and willing to wait an unknown amount of time for your food, I'd recommend exploring other vendors. There are plenty of places where you can enjoy a delicious meal without the excessive wait and uncertainty. If BBQ Boys can improve their order fulfillment process and provide more realistic wait time estimates, they have the potential to be a great option. Until then, proceed with caution.

They serve leftover food from yesterday. Food was very bad. It was the kebab was sour so I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there.
The man who was working there super rude and not helpful to customer. I askes him for what’s their best in menu he reply what is that question it’s up to you and leave the counter and went to kitchen. I sand there 15 mins and then he can to take my order. Not professional at all.

It was my biggest regret and a very bad experience. I ordered only a Behari Kabab Roll and it took me 2 hours to get it. When I ordered, the guy told me it would take 30 minutes. And after 30 minutes, the guy at the window told me it's not ready yet. I told him it's already been 30 minutes. He said no, I just took your order. I told him, when I ordered, I put my timer on. He said no, it's only been 20 minutes. The guy was so rude and ill-mannered. On the other hand, when I got what I ordered, it was super cold, not cooked properly. I literally threw it away. I am feeling so bad being a Muslim that I am writing all of this about a halal food truck.
