We went to Bbq boys On Wednesday around 10ish. Upon entering we noticed the lady server may not have received proper hospitality training - in terms of following reasons i experienced: - As we entered , the lady glared at us with such disapproving expressions as if “ WHY ARE WE EVEN HERE “ ! ( the restaurant had no other customers except us , she was sitting just idle , and we not even entered just before closing ) so i couldn’t understand what made her so annoyed towards us. - She took the order with an annoying tone and eye-rolling - Showing totally unprofessional behaviour thats appearing visibly disgusted. - There were owner’s family as well and they looking at us, mouthing and giving silent laughter. :/
Whereas for the food is concerned, we ordered Creamy chicken handi , Tikka leg, Roti & nuggets with fries . What we got : Chicken karahi instead of handi, tasted okay , it was only creamy. Chicken tikka was not tender. Nuggests were really soggy.
In short, it wasn’t the food that ruined our mood and dinner vibe in a restaurant. It was that Lady server and Fam who made us realized we shouldn’t be there & made fun of us. 0/5 for customer service 2/5 for food. 4/5 restaurant decor

I ordered 3 chicken and 2 Beef Biryani, presentation was good, but taste was tasteless with sella chawal. (not Basmati rice). Very disappointed.
“Friendly advice (given like a brother)” Not everything that shines is gold. You need to focus more on taste than just colorful presentation. You should use proper-quality Basmati rice. Sella rice is the mark of an inexperienced cook—someone who can’t handle real biryani.
Your biryani may look awesome, but in taste it’s not even “B” for biryani. Karachi-style biryani is a whole different level—far beyond this!

Okay uncle seriously. I know it's Ramadan and we should be thankful for our food, but you have had an opportunity to read the bad reviews you have gotten and 2 months or more to make things right. We were a party of 11 adults and 4 kids. We paid over 400 dollars for the Ramadan buffet, but service was very unorganized, food very below average, only 1 chicken dish my beautiful wife could eat even that tasted like kalegi. We are very disappointed. May Allah give you success, but please take care of the people you are feeding. I hope you will make this better and Allah will give you his blessings. 1 star from us.
