The Manager (Manuel) is very customer oriented. He greats us every time we come in and thanks us when we leave. He is alert to everything going on at the counter and makes sure the customers are treated right. We appreciate his outstanding service and love the food.

Was told by a family member this place was amazing. Saw Robs chicken and veggies..thought my name is Robb..let's start there. I received a pound of veggies and a chicken breast that weighed 3.14 ounces. 15.50....called the restaurant and asked what the weight should be and was told 5 Oz. Chicken doesn't loose 2 ounces of weight when grilled. No apologies..no excuses...no more of my business....đ

We came to this Beck's Prime today, a Sunday. Our experience was nothing short of exceptional thanks to the attentive service of Kenneth. We had a large party and his patience with our group definitely stood out. He kindly explained the menu options to us and assisted us with all of our questions. When the food came out, it was fresh and delicious! Can't wait to come back and visit my new friend, Kenneth! Beck's Prime, do whatever it takes to keep this GEM of a human on your team!

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE USA! We paid for a Large Milkshake, and gave us 4 Small ones. Saved a lot because of the staff members working on Sept. 01! We are coming back next time we visit Houston. Not only that, but when we were ordering, she submitted the order to the chefs while we are still thinking about what we're ordering.
The food is great obviously, but I wanted to say the staff here is always SO nice. You can tell they make a point to staff friendly, competent, patient people. You have to go to the counter for stuff like refills and they never make you feel like you interrupted them or theyâd rather be doing something else. They always take care to make sure you donât need anything else after your initial request.
Also, there are ducks outside that can be very entertaining.
