THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE USA! We paid for a Large Milkshake, and gave us 4 Small ones. Saved a lot because of the staff members working on Sept. 01! We are coming back next time we visit Houston. Not only that, but when we were ordering, she submitted the order to the chefs while we are still thinking about what we're ordering.
The food is great obviously, but I wanted to say the staff here is always SO nice. You can tell they make a point to staff friendly, competent, patient people. You have to go to the counter for stuff like refills and they never make you feel like you interrupted them or they’d rather be doing something else. They always take care to make sure you don’t need anything else after your initial request.
Also, there are ducks outside that can be very entertaining.
