I'm writing to share my disappointment regarding a recent visit to the Benihana Sugarland location. We had a reservation at 2:00 PM. However, until the next party arrived, we were not served anything except drinks. Another party informed us that their reservation was at 2:30 PM. I had asked our waiter for clarification but did not receive any response. By 3:00 PM, we still had not received our food, which is when I got up and spoke directly to the manager to ask when our meal would be served. I visit this Benihana location often and have always had good experiences, which is why this visit was especially disappointing. The lack of communication and delay in service did not meet the standards I'm used to at your restaurant. I wanted to bring this to your attention and hope this feedback helps prevent similar experiences in the future.
Definitely enjoyed our experience at this location. We definitely will be back, sooner rather than later. Everything was excellent, especially when they took our picture. We were celebrating our anniversary.
Everything was perfect. The entire team made sure I received the best service and they made my birthday very special Places was also very clean
We went for my mom's birthday. The server we had seem to be stretched between a couple of tables so we were slower to get refills. At one point someone else came to do our refills. The place where we sat the other guest had to inform us that the server was missing multiple items that was included in the meal we purchased so we asked the server for our missing items. He did bring them out to us but if we would not have not said anything they would have never came. The food was hot and fresh it was just the service that brought the experience done.
I do not care for Benihana putting 8 people to a table rather than keeping it to 7. This cramps one diner and takes away from the experience. I know it's purely economics ahead of the customer experience.
Logan did an amazing job! My birthday lunch was fantastic. I had Rocky’s choice, and as always the food is delicious!
The Applebee's of hibachi restaurants. Food was good, just overpriced. Service and hibachi skills are excellent!

We celebrated our 49th wedding anniversary. Our host Don and the chef Ilyas were amazing and skilled. We had a great experience and we will be happy to return here. Edward, the Manager, was extremely cordial and cheerful.

We sat at the bar tonight and had amazing service! We got served by jose and josue was supper sweet to us! We also got to see a new hire getting trained with josue which was pretty cool. Jose was amazing very good customer service and he remmbered us from last time which was pretty cool! Super sweet dude!!! Very clean atmosphere!

Enjoyed the $39 meal 3 course meal. Food was good. Server/bartender was not that friendly. He seemed to be annoyed or irritated that my friend and I ate in the lounge/bar area. But that was the only way try out the 3 course meal. Service was blah. Average at best.

Thank you Benihana for your service to provide a free entree to the many men and women veterans who have served and those continuing to serve our Nation. The wait was long, but the food was worth it. The staff were very polite and greeted everyone with a smile even through the busy rush of customers.
The show was better than the food. Had a six course meal and the soup was a broth, salad tasteless, and entree (filet, chicken breast. shrimp) about the same. Only thing worth eating was the shrimp and not enough of them. The chef was entertaining however, so if you go -!go for the show.
It was amazing and the company was great! Chef was well prepared and served excellent food.
Food is way overpriced for the quality now. I ended up biting a peice of metal in my fried rice. The manager comp my food but still had to pay for the rest of the family. Thats fine but the anxiety I had the whole time with 2 kids scared to eat the rice which is their favorite. I'll never go back to that location again and possibly any other location
The service needs to improve. Especially for the prices they are asking for. Plus you can see the dust on the vents. You can tell cleanliness is a issue here. If this is over looked in the front of the house, what does the back show?
