Our waitress was AMAZING! I hate I can't recall her name but she was super anticipatory. My daughter and I did have to ask for anything. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and bar and with all that she did it with a smile every time. Great service, even the gentleman who checked us in was very polite and professional.

Benihana always has consistently good tasting food albeit expensive for food that isn't exceptional. Service was great as usual. For two full meals no drinks and no appetizers plus tax and tip was $150. For 2 fried rice, 1 hibachi chicken and 1 filet mignon. If 25% less I would go more often.

Ok, the food was great. Servers at the bar were great. My issue is with the reservation process. My reservation was for 7:15pm and my table didn't get seated until a bit after 8pm. The hostess told me when I arrived that there would be an additional 15-20 min wait, but it was clearly way longer than that time. Just do a bit better with the reservation process. There were several other guests who had reservations and were waiting a while as well. Other than that, it's a nice place to eat. Thanks!

Service was amazing but this was the slowest longest lunch we have ever had. They were super understaffed. We made a 1:00pm reservation and didn't get finished until 3:15pm. We didn't get our chef and lunch until 2:10. We got our soup and salad right away but then had to sit and wait almost an hour to get our entrees. Very disappointing. Then I ordered more food to take home's and we didn't even get all that we ordered. Super frustrating!!!

Hardly ever came to the table to check on us. Didn't sing happy birthday, no ice cream or picture was taken. She put my 30 dollar coupon on another persons bill. The chef did a good job. Food tasted great !!
The server was not attentive and had issues when it came to applying the promotions she was aware of at the beginning (before we ordered). Took a lot of extra time.

Absolute worse customer service I ever received. Our server made a mistake when entering our order for something we didn’t order nor want and the manager would not adjust the bill to accommodate for the servers mistake. When I approached the manager he wouldn’t even acknowledge me and then when he over heard me talking to the hostess he tried to raise his voice and give an attitude.
