First time here. . It said they have food on Google but I guess they took it off. The lady Tammy was awesome she welcomed us in as soon as we walked in. Drink menu is really small but the actual tea is delicious. We got the classic milk tea. . And the fruit tea had actual pieces of fruit. Wasn't very sweet compared to other tea places. Great place. .tea was amazing. Only bad thing Is the shopping center is shitty.

Love coming here to get my milk tea and Vietnamese coffee fix! They make one of the top Vietnamese coffees because they do it with the original drip coffee versus the espresso shop many coffee places do. I love their coffee, and original milk tea are well balanced between the cream and the tea (which is brewed from quality tea), and the owner is completely up to help customize it to my taste. Service is the best because they really care about what you want and are super friendly.
Supporting this small business is worth it, especially when you have good people who care about you and their products.

The service was SO rude and unwelcoming right from the start.. not sure if it’s sanitary or not but she had a dog behind the counter that she was petting then proceeds to grab my cup without even washing her hands.. ew. Very bad service I just left.

Stopped by on my way home and as soon as I walked in the woman behind the counter welcomed me and said to let her know if I had any questions. I asked her how much sugar they add to thier thia tea and if it's overly sweet. She told me the make the thai tea with freah tea leaves and it's hard to give an answer per cup on how much sugar but she would let me taste it. I appreciated that. The tea on its own was absolutely delicious so I asked her to make it just how she normally does. She mentioned after she makes it she would still let me try it first snd customize with more cream or more tea depending in preference. Really was taken aback by this service and friendliness. Once the drink was made it was perfect. No alterations needed. They have a great recipe and amazing service. It's a good thing this place isn't anywhere near me because I'm probably be here regularly if it was.
