I left a rude comment on DoorDash and would like to correct myself. I took one bite into the boneless wings and was legit impressed. THESE ARE THE BEST BONELESS WINGS IN THE WORLD. I apologize once more for my comment and review through the DoorDash app. Taste before you talk!!

buffalo wild wing’s food review:

ambience is like a 5/10 not particularly stand out or interesting, was kind of sad for a friday night which i would have expected it to be packed for.

food like a 6/10, i ordered the cheesesteak which was pretty small and not as visually appealing compared to the photo they had in the menu. the flavor was truly mid, reminiscent of a frozen cheesesteak that you could find in a grocery store. the cheese was nice though, as it had some really good flavor. as for the fries, dont even get me started, they were stale somehow, like id bite them and it just felt stale. the seasoning was inconsistent, seeing different seasoning levels on different fries. tried the potato wedges and those were better in terms of consistency but were still like freezer food. i would recommend wedges over the fries for sure. portion sizes felt really small, specifically in the things you would want out of the food.

nothing really stand out, we got our food, we got our drinks, we paid the bill. 6/10

overall 5/10, would not recommend trying, truly the most mid food you could have and unequivocally american for that

Not going to lie I usually love Buffalo Wild Wings but this one here was actually terrible after ordering 30 dollars for 10 wings and tatter tots witch Is crazy to start but got my food and the tots were completely soggy so i walked back inn and asked for fresh tots they just put them back in the fryer and tried to give me the same ones back and got mad when I said no I want new ones didn’t check them the second time and they were the same thing asked for well done wings and they were rubbery and I know I sound picky but for 33 dollars for one person to eat wings I expect them to be cooked good and the way I want them all in all very disappointed in the food and the people who work there take some pride in your damn job

Sherwin’s service was great. He’s seen me 3x in a year and remembers me. I do t think I’m a memorable person with say, a forehead tattoo. Just a dude. Food was perfect, drinks were great.

We recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings in Sugar Land, TX, and had an awesome experience! The ambiance was energetic and fun, with plenty of big screens showing all the games—perfect for sports fans. The restaurant was clean, spacious, and had a great vibe for hanging out with family or friends.

The food was on point! Our wings were cooked perfectly, with just the right amount of sauce and seasoning. We also tried a few appetizers, and everything came out fresh and tasty. The service was friendly and efficient, making the experience even better.

If you're looking for great food, a lively atmosphere, and a spot to catch the game, Buffalo Wild Wings in Sugar Land is the place to be. We'll definitely be back!

Had to leave. Food was 30+ mins late. Didn’t get to eat. Disappointed and the server said it will take ANOTHER 13 minutes after we left. The drinks were mid too. Don’t come here go somewhere else.

Parking: For best seats to watch games, come early! Fills up fast. Friendly staff and good tasting food, full bar. and other great people to join in the fun of supporting favorite teams. Who could ask for more?!

Kid-friendliness: was there for the Texans game on Saturday (play offs). Plenty of kids there. Well behaved ones too!

Wheelchair accessibility: They have both, tables and chairs, and booths. Stools around the long bar area with TV'S galore! Good sound system also.

We visited this location around 9 pm on New Year’s Eve. It was practically empty, with about 2 tables and 2 people at the bar. The location was fully staffed and standing around. We sat at the bar, and received TERRIBLE service. The young black lady with the braids had the worst service I’ve ever seen. Instead of taking our orders, she was obnoxiously singing and dancing to the music. She continued this throughout the night, continuously pop, locking and dropping instead of attending to customers. I never received my wings, but was brought fries only. We later found out she never entered the order. She continued to obnoxiously record videos of herself singing solo numbers and pop, locking and dropping while making our drinks. meanwhile we waited over 30 minutes for food while the location was nearly empty. This young lady needs to be removed from the bar area. She has a lack of self awareness and was completely inattentive. We waited another 15 minutes to see if my food would come out and it never did. Eventually we left. We will never return to this location and encourage others not to as well.

Absolutely love coming here. Been coming here for years. Love the upgrades. Sherwin has always been my server and he’s so friendly. Makes us feel like we are part of a culture when we go. Thanks to him and the bartender Andre we always have a great time.

The gentleman named Jose kicked out a family who was there to celebrate both their kids birthday. Was extremely prejudice and racist. Just because the family ordered already ahead of time they did not want to provide a server and let them sit and eat and when he was asked and questioned as to why as the kids were hungry his reply was you can take your food and leave and your money will kit be refunded to you. If you are thinking of going their to celebrate or even to have a get together than please think else where.

Extremely racist and prejudice location the manager name Jose does not wanna listen to client‘s concerns except he just wants to push everybody out just for no reason just because it doesn’t matter how the other one person is talking even in a patient tone there says it just because you talk to me you can leave that’s their attitude Even on my kids birthday we were there to celebrate because my kid wants wings but this gentleman Jose did not wanna understand anything you know they were not going over and beyond just because it’s two kids birthday two little kids birthday were there to celebrate amongst them this is how they push. We’re not gonna refund your money and you can take your food and leave. This is how ignorant this place employees are .
