Generous portions and great value for money. Owner auntie was very sweet as well.

Seems like the seafood congee and dumplings are this place's specialty - will try them next time!

Lovely family owned authentic Chinese restaurant. This is probably the best congee in the Greater Houston area. cutaneous egg porridge, 雞粥 are the best. Other dishes are good too. Must eat: 滷水 duck.

It was very quiet only 2 tables when we arrived, only 1 wait staff, who was busy chatting with a table. we walk in and waited…then walked in front of her and waived then she was like oh my bad… seafood porridge is not what it used to be, too salty and hardly any seafood compared to before, it was very watery and salty.

Food: Avoid the chiu chow chicken clay pot! $17 for ALL BONES, no meat! The “soup” was just white paper and chicken bouillon powder! Charging top dollar for zero effort- they didn’t soak the dried dates for long enough, so they were tough and the organs were SO gamey! ?
Service: The waitress recommended this dish AND said, “the chicken has no meat because that’s how it comes in from the farm!” ?

My favorite place in Sugar Land for authentic Chinese food! Every dish we ordered is really tasty. We’ve tried the oyster pancake, sweet potatoes cake, salt and pepper fish fillet, beef with bitter melon, salty egg chicken tofu clay pot, sizzling egg tofu, marinated duck, and sautéed snow pea leaves. I could eat here every week.

Owner was so sweet! Food was great! Loved that I found a restaurant with Teo Chew dishes too!! My kids devoured the green beans and oyster pancake appetizer dish. Husband loved the Mongolian beef and curry chicken. The sweet potato pancakes, walnut shrimp, and hot and sour soup were yummy too!

Food was so gas. Salt and pepper squid was delectable. Ellen and Xindian are the best servers ever. Best place to eat in Sugar Land/ Missouri City Area! Worth the drive!

We went again 10/10/2023 … it was great! The food was good, authentic! Didn’t expect it in Sugar Land. We had the sautéed oyster with ginger & scallion, half a marinated duck, & the sautéed chicken with eggplant. All delicious! It’s not a fancy restaurant but clean and neat. Our bill was $57 for three, not bad.
