I am absolutely disgusted and beyond disappointed with the experience I had at this location. I placed an order consisting of a Single Bacon King with medium fries and a Coke, a kids cheeseburger meal, and the $5 duo with chicken fries. What I received was inexcusable. EVERYTHING was cold, stale, and clearly old. The fries were hard and inedible, the chicken fries were cold and rubbery, and the burgers tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp or reheated in a microwave. Nothing about this food said “fresh.” To make matters worse, I attempted to call the store SIX times before anyone even answered the phone. When someone finally did, I was met with defensiveness instead of an apology. The woman who eventually answered (and hesitantly gave her name as Heather) had the nerve to claim the food had just been made fresh. I was sitting there struggling to chew through cold, tough food and being told that it was “fresh”? Completely unacceptable. The lack of quality, accountability, and basic customer service at this location is appalling. I spent my hard-earned money on food for my family that none of us could even eat. This is not how customers should be treated, and it’s certainly not the standard I expect from a national brand like Burger King. I hope someone in management or corporate sees this and takes action—because this experience was a complete disgrace.

The whole staff rn at 6:24pm sunday june 9th is running around with there head up there ass looking like they just smoked a blunt. Whole order is wrong and food is cold after they checked the bag 20 times while it just sat there.

Go anywhere else but this Burger King. Went during normal business hours and the person in the drive thru refused to let me pick up my mobile order and told me I had to contact support for a refund. On top of the terrible parking lot they have with huge pot holes

I gave my phone in thinking accepted tap, and when the employee reached out his hand he acted rude towards and gave me a sarcastic tone. He said things like “if my boss was there and i lost my job would you be able to pay me?” Im a teenager that works as well in high school and i get the attitude especially after work but this guy was so rude. Never coming back wow

5/13/2025 Update: I'm raising my rating due to the young lady with the braids at the drive-thru window today. My app order was ready when I arrived at the window...for the first time; however, I was missing a large fry. The young lady politely asked how many were missing and gave me my missing fries without issue. I told her she was so pleasant and thanked her. I want to add that she was also very professional.
Previous 1-star rating: This BK keeps getting worse and worse. Last week, we sat at the drive-thru speaker for over 15 minutes waiting for the cashier to finish taking the order of the lane next to us. We only ordered 3 large fries which were all undercooked. I mean completely raw. It was like the frycook just dipped the fries in the hot oil for a few seconds and then took them out. Now, we have to travel to the other BK location on Hwy 6 just to get fries for our toddler that will not cause food poisoning.
Best fast breakfast.
