Great Mexican food & drinks at the corner of 90 & 99. It’s nice to eat at an individually owned restaurant that is so good! The Sugar Land area seems to have lost most of their family owned Mexican places. Give Carlos a try!! We did & were very pleased!!

This is a hidden gem! Food is amazing. Came out hot and fresh. Tortillas are home made and leave flour on your fingers like the ones my grandma used to make. Cheese enchiladas were oozing with cheese and mole enchiladas were perfection! Love the salsa options and they come out hot with fresh chips! Coming back for breakfast on the weekend!

Everything we had was excellent. And the waitress was attentive and always had a big smile. Don't let the road construction keep you away, this place is a treasure. The beef and carnitas both great. Gotta go back and try the pork chops.

There are many Mexican Food options in Sugar Land and Richmond. Carlos Mexican Restaurant is our new favorite. They have good recipes, their sauces and gravy’s are delicious, the food is always fresh. They try hard, very friendly and great service. They are located in the shopping strip at the intersection of 99 Grand Parkway and Hwy 90.

Delicious food! Have had the tamales twice and both times soooo yummy. Great service. Amazing frozen margaritas and delicious churro dessert. Highly recommend!!
Ok so I was skeptical at first when my woman said they had fried ice cream. HANDS DOWN BEST IN TEXAS. Margaritas are on point and the spicy cucumber was refreshing. This place beats all the chain restaurants by far!!!!
