We decided to have a late dinner at Carrabba's after attending a performance at the Smart Financial Center. Unfortunately, it seemed like we were the last customers to arrive, and this affected our overall experience. As a first-time visitor to this location, I was disappointed with the quality of our meal. My daughter's shrimp was undercooked, and my husband's pasta lacked sufficient sauce, leaving it dry. On the bright side, my mom, sister, and son ordered the Fettuccine alfredo, and they thoroughly enjoyed it. I hope Carrabba's improves this location!

BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! If you ever order to-go, pray you don’t receive service from a young lady named Anna. First, she lacked any sort of manners on the phone. Then when I came to pick up the order she was beyond rude, and she practically shoved the bag in my face. Even on my worst days, it’s not hard to show a little bit of kindness.

04/09/24 Went here with my wife and kids for my birthday and ended up walking out (after clearing it with the manager). From the get go the waiter was incredibly rude. They were not busy, we were the only ones there at 4 pm on a monday. He took our families drink orders and walked off nodding while I was finishing ordering. Came to get our food order before our drinks even arrived like he was rushing us out for some reason. We ordered an appetizer and the kids spaghetti and while I was telling him we'd order our entree when that arrived, he was already walking off again. The kids spaghetti came out less than 2 minutes later anyone who cooks knows its takes 10-15 minutes to cook pasta so this had to have been pre-made who knows how long ago and thrown in the microwave. He quickly put it on the table and ran off without saying anything. I flagged him down and asked him if we were at McDonald's, because Carrabba's is easily a 100+ dollar meal for two people with kids, appetizer and drink. We hadn't touched anything but our water and breadsticks yet (yes the kids spaghetti made it to the table before our drinks that we ordered first, I am not exaggerating at how fast it came out). I told him we're leaving and cleared it with the manager. If you want to spend top dollar on microwaved pasta just go to the grocery store, get a can of chef-boy-ardee and tip the checkout 98 dollars."

Never disappointed here, even with 'new' cook, food was prompt and delicious. Our server was perfect, didn't have to call on her, she just happened to spawn next to us as we thought about calling her lol girl with green eyes and nose ring, didn't catch her name

Ordered the Lobster ravioli and it was a pasted lobster mushy mess inside a ravioli.It didnt have one piece of LOBSTER. THE ORIGINAL CARRABBA'S ON KIRBY I ORDERED THE SAME THING LAST WEEK AND IT HAD ACTUAL LOBSTER IN THE SAUCE THAT COVERS THE RAVIOLI. IT WAS DELICIOUS. LESSON LEARNED!!! IF I WANT A GOOD MEAL GO BACK TO KIRBY LOCATION.
