Same lady all the time. She is terrible in service. I believe she is the owner. They don’t care for good service since their business is going good. No more coming back here.

It is my son’s and ny favorite place! Food is AMAZING! Always fresh & SO drlicious! Just eish thete was one closer to our home in Richmond. We would go all the time!

I’ve been coming here for 10 years, food quality has never gone down. Small family restaurant so service isn’t the fastest, but worth every penny of food. Also the only restraunt I know that has gone down in price instead of up, definitely a must try.

We always get food to go from here. First time actually inside. It's small. 2 -6 sitter tables and 3 - 4 sitters 1 - 8 sitter.. the food is absolutely delicious.

This is a small restaurant located close to highway 6 and Target. It does not look much from the outside but I have done takeout several times at this place and the food is always great tasting. I especially appreciate their long menu which includes many entries that are very authentically Chinese. The service was always friendly and all in all it was a great experience.

Worst experience, they added pork to tofu and I had to throw it. The person was very rude and I will never order food from here.

Customer service was trash. No water served and the lady kept rushing us by removing plates that obviously still has food in it. Not coming back due to a lot of options around. Very beat up environment as well.

I do not think we post reviews enough when we have great experiences with an establishment. I am truly shocked that Changs Chinese Restaurant in Sugar Land, Tx does not have a much higher rating. We have been ordering delivery from Changs for many years. We 1st had their food at my brother in law's home. Needless to say, we were Very impressed.

We began ordering delivery to our home and, even when they would no longer deliver due to distance, we paid small extra fee for delivery (they worked this out with us)! There was no restaurant that had the same quality...
We moved closer a year ago, and were very happy we were within their actual delivery area.
The food is Fantastic and they accommodate special requests.
At times, the ordering is a bit more challenging, however, they get it right.
I just ordered tonight and am about to enjoy their food!
I can not speak to an in restaurant dining experience (thus no rating for atmosphere).
Our delivery history is countless times! Their food is outstanding and their rating would be higher if more folks reviewed them!
