I have never had poor service here. But TODAY the chicken nuggets I was served were raw & so were the fries. So annoyed that I had to throw my lunch away.

Good service and food but the wait is what stop me from visiting. I once waited in line for 25 mins.

Don’t come at lunch time! There is no tables available! The manager likes to sit down to do work during rush hour instead of working in the back or smaller table. Don’t recommend! People standing around waiting for a table to sit.

Been here multiple times, but I don’t think I will be back due to the fact that the workers can be rude. I came in a ordered an ice coffee and I was trying to to make a partial payment (4.33-4.11=0.22) and I was willing to pay the rest in change, and another worker came to the register to ring me and she claimed that BOTH of my cards never went through. Which was not true because, I was charged on BOTH cards and she kept telling her coworker that I was never charged, and that was a complete lie. I ended getting the coffee for free and I even offered to go to my vehicle and pay for it with cash, and they wouldn’t even let me do that.

If you’re going to work in the food service learn how to (1) count and (2) work your register and don’t lie on the customer 🙂

So, picture this: I stroll up to the drive-thru, ready to redeem my precious reward points. I accidentally tumble into the wrong lane, and a friendly sales associate lets me know I need to go back around. Totally reasonable, right? I just needed some guidance on using the app for mobile ordering, and this guy is as patient as a cat looking at a laser pointer.

Now, this is where things take a comedic turn. The car behind me starts blasting its horn like it's auditioning for a part in a symphony of road rage. The sales associate dashes over like a superhero (cape not included) to face the agitated driver. You could practically see the smoke coming out of the customer's ears – arms flailing, face contorted like he just bit into a lemon.

So when my food finally makes its grand entrance, I can’t help but ask, “What’s the drama back there?” The gentleman says the guy is in a tizzy because he’s trapped in the wrong lane. So, naturally, I ask the lady who talked to him, “What’s his deal?” And she responds that he’s fuming because he doesn’t think he should have to go all the way around.

But wait for it... this genius announces to the manager, *“I shouldn’t have to do that because I’m a multi-millionaire!”* Right, because being rich means you can just bend the laws of traffic like you’re the star of your own personal sitcom!

I mean, come on, if only being a multi-millionaire came with a special drive-thru lane! As it stands, we’re all just trying to grab our food without a reality TV episode breaking out. People are going bonkers over this CHICK-FIL-A drama – and honestly, who could blame them? It’s the real comedy gold!

i’ve never left a one star review but this location takes the cake for the worst cfa. Employees don’t know how to properly take orders. After an employee read back my order they said “i’m confused”. I worked at cfa myself while I was in high school i’m not too sure how more straight forward I could have been. I went inside to get the second part of my order because I wasn’t given both parts in the drive they had only one employee on register and helping 3rd party and guest while higher ups just stood there. Personally i would hate working in that environment.

What planet are we on that there are two lanes and everyone is forced into one that doesn’t have a mobile order. Very rarely will I have time to place a mobile order while driving, nor is it safe at all. If this is corporate decision that person should be fired immediately. Losing business daily and I can see why.

This place and the drive thru is horrific and the parking and the different lines is so overwhelming and they won’t even make exceptions if you accidentally get in wrong lane because it’s your first time at this location! Dumb

Order was wrong 3 times in a row while in the drive thru. Manager said she fixed the order but apparently messed it up too. She didn't seem to be that friendly or care. Looked like they took my bag after correcting for the 3rd time and tried to give it to another car. The girl had returned to the window with it and then came to our car. Hopefully nobody touched it. Also took longer than other locations due to one lane only instead of 2 (due to mobile orders lane).
