They will not offer any tap water, even if your meal includes the drink. You can buy bottled water. The only supplies they keep out are straws, if you needed salt and pepper or condiments not in your order, you can head to the counter to ask and multiple employees will just ignore you before you get it. The mgr Brent Kubala has a “let us know how we’re doing” card slot on the wall but I’ve never seen writing utensils for the notecards so leaving the review here.

Horrible experience you have cashier that didn’t give me my change the change was 2 dollars and some change I got the change but never the bills. When I asked for my money she had an attitude as I was lying and rolling her eyes. Check the cameras you will see AJA not giving me my money.

Terrible customer service from Page, her attitude is terrible. I come to Chick-fil-a for the fresh food and customer service, I received neither.

The waffle fries taste horrible. There are not clean at all. They don’t know what to offer with the salad they give only salad with no dressing with no topping . And when you asked for the toppings, they said they don’t have it when I asked for it. They don’t tell it from the beginning to decide if you want to go with this order or not.

The older man who’s the general manager is extremely incompetent and incapable of being so he takes 10 minutes per costumer and he’s really rude

I did not even eat the food. I wouldn't even give it to my dog and just trashed it. Notice the taste of the strips like they reuse the oil or cheaper ingredients. Maybe owner is cheap and trying to save a buck. I will write corporate and say this chicfila is not to standards when it comes to food and drinks.

We like Chick-fil-A, except today due to waitress “DaRi”. They stopped dine-in services due to the crowd, which I understand, so we strictly lined up for the drive-through. However, she did not allow us, who had been waiting in line for an hour, to use the restroom, which is almost inhumane. Well, why? she replied that letting us in would get her fired by the boss. When asked where the boss was, she shouted, 'I am the boss, and I made the decision.

This location is so SLOW, it's always been slow but 20 minutes for the cherry smoothie is crazy, and by the time I got it, it was all melted.
