Chick-fil-A

This Chick-fil-A (CfA) is quite good. I've been going there at First Colony Mall for several years now. It never fails to amaze me just how popular this CfA is! I suspect the prices might be higher than they are outside the Mall, but the workers inside more than compensate. Though a lot of employees seem to cycle through, some others seem more permanent. No matter how crowded this CfA can get, the employees seem to keep their cool quite well. I do wish the condiments & straws table was back, but other than that, I would change nothing else!

This is the second time that they are messing with my order. The first time, I went through the drive through and I ordered sprite for both myself and my boy and I got water instead and today, my sandwich is missing. I don’t know why they do this. I have being calling their number and no one is picking up. I am coming tomorrow to get my sandwich and I will be coming with the receipt. I see no reason why I will pay for my food and it is not complete.

So I haven't been in none of these establishments in years I stopped by to get a drink I ordered a Large Dr.Pepper and asked for two large cups of ice I stead of the executive director saying we don't do that he proceeds with the order as of I asked for small cups I would've hope he said no we cant do that but he goes on with my order and I said just cancel the order if I cant get what I want I dont want anything It's crazy y'all foolishness still exist after all these years That God I gave up on this place 6 years ago.. Now I know not to ever return here or any other

This Chick fil a is consistently very busy. I typically order from the app while in a different place in the mall so it is ready when I arrive. Be prepared to wait in a medium to long line to place your order, if you don't use the app.
With that being said, the food is worth the wait. The staff are friendly and the space is pretty clean for the amount of traffic it gets. Will stop back by when on a mall trip.

Worst chick fil a sandwich I’ve ever had. We ordered two, and both were tiny, thin pieces of chicken. Like they had been tenderized to be thin and wider. Never seen that before. Just sad.

Horrible location for ordering and picking up. I will completely avoid this location in future.

Burt, the order was placed through online and it failed while picking up the car Info however charge to the credit card when I drive up there the gentleman asked me to charge up again. I did it and it went through this time. He asked me to pull over the car and wait until someone brings my food.

Waited 15 minutes nobody showed up then I walked in to collect my food

Now need to make sure Chick-fil-A refund the original transaction It’s all on our end not on Chick-fil-A part to run through and make sure the transactions are refunded.

Too many new faces at this location that are learning and not knowing how to resolve the issue.

They will not offer any tap water, even if your meal includes the drink. You can buy bottled water. The only supplies they keep out are straws, if you needed salt and pepper or condiments not in your order, you can head to the counter to ask and multiple employees will just ignore you before you get it. The mgr Brent Kubala has a “let us know how we’re doing” card slot on the wall but I’ve never seen writing utensils for the notecards so leaving the review here.
