Worst experience at a chick fil a … I’ve never got the wrong order before what a way to mess up my morning and paying for something I didn’t order. Pay attention please at this location because this was never the chick fil an experience I wanted and I’ll be wasting more money driving back up there.

Today along with another meal I ordered 12 pieces grilled chicken nuggets, paid for 12, and received 8 pieces. This is not the first time. If I am paying for 12 pieces, I need to get 13 pieces. This is ridiculous.

WORSE experience. For years I've always ordered nuggets, sandwich, or fries BEFORE 10:30am... this Chick fil a location recently changed their menu where you can only order lunch AFTER 10:30am. My kids eat lunch at 10:30am at school therefore they want lunch, NOT breakfast. Rosenberg location just got a new life long customer since this location doesn't want to be PLEASANT and offer lunch before 10:30am.. which is laziness because if you have the ingredients why not?

One of the cleanest or maybe the cleanest restaurant I have sat and ate inside of. You are welcomed with cleanliness which is such a great feeling. Parking is nice. Walkway to the door is nice. No sticky door handles. Just a clean environment! 5/5

I love this chick fil a! I’ve always order online to pickup through drive thru and have never had an issue. This chick fil a is fast compared to the ones in nearby areas, service is great, they’re always content to be giving you your order and sending you on your way. The establishment is always really clean and taken care of, inside and out. When dining inside I always check the cleanliness of the play area, floor , windows, etc. before letting my kids play and I’ve never had an issue. Staff is always present making sure the eating area stays clean and appealing!

I have been to several Chick-fil_A around the Sugar Land and Southwest Houston area. This one is by far the worst one ever. The staff here is poorly trained. They are rude and don't know the menu. When the cashers are doing a poor job, the manager just stands in the back and doesn't come and help. It appears that maby of their staff like to slack off on the job and the manager just lets it slide. If you want Chick-fil-A, I would recommend the one near First Colony, the service is 10 times better. I actually believe any of the other ones would be better. Don't ever come here. The management should be fired and replaced with better ones.

I would like to preface this review by stating that Chick-fil-A breakfast is my favorite fast food breakfast option and this location has been my location for years. I always get a Chick-fil-A breakfast sandwich with hashbrowns and sweet tea. The last 2 orders have been unacceptable. The thickness of the chicken has progressively been getting smaller, and I didn't even pay the regular price for the meal. I spent +$15 for delivery, and I received biscuit with a sheet of chicken. Second in the last few months depending on who is taking my order at the drive thru, I will get a varying amounts of perfessionalism. One employee spoke to me as if I was one of his highschool peers. I'm sure he has already moved on but the overall level of employee professionalism has gone down. I made this review as a way for Chick-fil-A to make improvements and not a way to aimlessly rant about bad experiences. If I see a notable improvement to this location I will edit this review.
