Messed up a party tray. The out of the ordinary was not good for this shift. Wait at order location. Then waited at pick up location. Then was told to park at pick up parking........three sets of parked cars who came after me, come and go.....later order comes out. 🤦

This place needs a manager or someone to look over employees performance, they took like 10 min to get my order, they didn't get my order right even they asked my name several times, they missed ketchup and when told the lady on the car line she told me I had to go inside and get the ketchup myself instead just get it to me. I won't say names but this so far the less professional Chick fil A.

This location is close to my home, so I'm a fairly frequent visitor. The location used to be the typical cfa experience (everyone polite and everything correct), but has gone downhill over the past few months.

Everytime I come here, I have to check my bags and drinks because something is missing or incorrect. Employees are sometimes helpful but often annoyed when you come back to get missing items. I understand the occasional mistake, but it's at the point where my orders are wrong every single time I order from here.

The store was very clean. The young lady who took my order was very patient and knowledgeable of the menu selections and even helped me get the best deal for my money. Because of the great experience I had, based on this young lady, I will go there again.

I used to visit this Chick-fil-A daily, but I’ve stopped coming entirely because the quality has noticeably declined. The chicken no longer tastes the same. The Chick-fil-A I had in Dallas still tasted like the original. Whatever change happened here started a months ago. Please fix.

The boy at the drive thru put the wrong name and then to make matters worst they gave me the wrong order. Worst experience at a chick fil a … I’ve never got the wrong order before what a way to mess up my morning and paying for something I didn’t order. Pay attention please at this location because this was never the chick fil an experience I wanted and I’ll be wasting more money driving back up there.

Today along with another meal I ordered 12 pieces grilled chicken nuggets, paid for 12, and received 8 pieces. This is not the first time. If I am paying for 12 pieces, I need to get 13 pieces. This is ridiculous.
