Had a bit of a frustrating experience when attempting to order thru the drive thru recently. Asked for a spicy filet, and then over the employees radio someone had been listening in and says "we don't do grilled spicy filets", which then confused us and the employee helping us.I didn't say "grilled spicy filet", I said "spicy filet".Which, they do, and we've done many times without issue.I'm guessing the guy helping us was new, because he became even more confused. And then he was saying "like a filet without the bun", which, yes, you can do that.But it's more expensive to order in that manner, than just selecting a spicy filet on it's own.But we weren't about to try to go into the nuances of ordering just a spicy filet with the new guy because when he was looking at his tablet he didn't seem like he was finding it, and we didn't want to waste more of his time, and the time of the people waiting in line behind us. We ended up just parking and ordering through the app.Good spicy filet.

First time visiting this store! After placing my order in the drive thru of a parfait with no blueberries, I was told at the window that I could either have my parfait with fruit (strawberries and blueberries) or without fruit all together. This is the first time a store has ever said the request is impossible. My request could very well be a request because of a food allergy to blueberries or a request because I simply don't like blueberries. The same could be possible for the request of no strawberries. I went to another Chick-fil-A with the same request and there wasn't an issue and there wasn't a wait time to fulfill this request. Proof attached!

Dine-in looks really nice since their remodel. Food is tasty and hot as always.
Placed my order online this the second time they for got my dressing for my salad ? something told me to check the bag ? before you leave disappointed ? I will stop by in the morning to get for my salad ? dressing I spend around 50.00 when I place my order each time.

There was no ambient music playing. Only music from the kitchen.This took away from my usual dining pleasure. I guess the music is for the benefit of the workers. I love music of all sorts but I didn’t get to enjoy the usual Chic-Fil-a experience. The ambient music was playing in the restroom only. ??? I guess now a days it's all about accommodating the workers and not the customers? At least the music from the kitchen was blasting even though I could still hear it.But the food and service was good.

I had the most awkward, confusing, uncomfortable, offensive experience the last time I visited this location, mostly because of Kayleigh. When I have a bad experience at this location, I just dismiss it and call it an off day. However, this last visit made me leave a review. It's chic fil a, they can do no wrong!... is what I thought, lol.. I'm going to send an email to corporate this time. One manager (Hispanic woman), don't know if she's still there, is the reason why I made it 2 stars instead of 1 star. Wish I knew her name for her good service. However, I dare not ask. According to Kayleigh, employee names are confidential.... even if they have a name tag on.
