Yall need to have a talk with the Hispanic manager on duty. She always have a nasty attitude. This is the second time I went and she had a very nasty attitude not just with us but with the employee that was working at the to go order station. She is not very professional at all. Iām not sure if she was the store manager but she was surely acting like it especially in the kitchen. Shame on yall Chilis

I had such a great experience at Chiliās today that I had to leave a review. Our server, Afra, was honestly one of the best waitresses Iāve had in a long time. She had the perfect balance of being attentive without hovering ā she checked in at the right moments, made sure we had everything we needed, and was so warm and friendly the entire time.
We ordered the Handmade Nashville Hot Crispers with the White Cheddar Mac & Cheese, and the Old Timer with Cheese. Everything came out hot, fresh, and exactly how we wanted it. You can really tell when a server takes pride in their job, because the whole experience just feels smoother and more enjoyable ā and Afra absolutely delivered that.
If youāre thinking about going to this Chiliās, definitely do it ā and if Afra is working, youāre in great hands. Highly recommend!

My wife and I went to Chili's the other day for the first time in a long time. We were intrigued by the 3 for me deal. The staff was attentive, the service was great, the food was delicious and plentiful and the price was right. We asked to take our leftover chips and salsa to go, she brought us a whole bag and new salsa. We were very impressed.
Was not expecting to have such a blast at Chiliās again!! Itās was busy but the staff was friendly and on it!! Brandy was our server Daisy was the manager ! I always give credit where itās due so I had to write this review! Amazing Staff and the food was hot and fresh plus I had desserttttt :) - KB

Placed an order on Sunday, November 2, and the order was not right. Called and spoke to Shelby, the General manager of the store in Sugar Land TX on the Southwest Freeway. She told me she was a training store and they do not make mistakes! She refused to give me her name at first and hung up on me. Had to call back, spoke to her again, I asked again for her bosses number and she told me that we were not going to play that game and hung up on me again. This store has really gone down!!!
