I was wondering why there is a tip included. I have to get out of car and come to get my food. Also, I didn't like that there was not a choice of sauces for dipping or a choice of the items for the triple dipper. Not happy!
Josiah was our waiter and was EXCELLENT! I have never had such great service at a Chili's before. He anticipated our needs and was so kind and friendly. He even knew when from across the room I pantomimed salting my food and he brought salt immediately. Now that's service! Great experience!
We came here Saturday night and couldn't eat because their computers were down. Had to drive to another location that was in the opposite direction of where we were going. Grr
