Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chipotle has a good salad. The rice and beans of choice are a plus. I will comment that their proteins are always perfectly seasoned. There’s nothing fancy about these restaurants but they are always clean in my opinion no matter how busy they are. Parking is free & plenty. Service was good too at this location.

I ordered a steak bowl. The guy literally put in 4 pcs of steak. I told him can you put some more steak he was like ok added 5 more pcs of steak and wanted me to pay for a double steak. This is shameful a bowl costing $15 with only 9 pcs of meat. Shameless chipotle. Never ever going there again.

I've gone twice in 7 days and both times, the restaurant had dirty tables, trash on the floor, and no fresh drinks. The staff is nice, but I would not sit down to eat inside.

They raise the prices AND give meager portions. Just go to the one in town center, avoid this one

Food at this Chipotle location sets the bar high. Consistently good. On the other hand, this location has a serious issue with illegal handicap parking. I go here often and see people illegally parked in handicap, and/or blocking the wheelchair ramp nearly every time I’m there.

We seldom come here because they are ALWAYS out of something. No sodas, no ice, no forks… they share a parking lot with a grocery store, and they still can’t figure out how to give the customer what they pay for. I don’t want to eat my food with a spoon. I want my soda with ice. And somehow, they are still a billion dollar company.

I am a regular of at least once a week and I can say the following:

1. Lemonade machines are empty
2. Fountain drink machine is broken or have no ice
3. They don’t have proper containers so food is provided on wrong containers.
4. Food quality has also decreased.

I strongly suggest this store be managed properly or it will quickly go bankrupt in todays competitive food industry.

Local chipotle is clean and family friendly food is always fresh and cooked consistently. They can’t fold burritos to save their lives it looks like they just horse playing with your food just get a bowl.

Kid-friendliness: They have a playground attached and froyo !!!

I’m not certain what or who changed at this location, but they need to go back. Today’s overall service was a bust. The food: old flour tortillas my child was pulling at it and it was like gum. We threw it away. The meat, what little there was, was old. The fajita vegetables were cold. How is that even possible? And the chips were STALE. The service was sad and the overall atmosphere appeared very disorganized. So glad we found this out before we went past another restaurant. We left that food in the garbage and got a perfect order at the red and white restaurant next door. This was completely unacceptable.

Brown rice was way under cooked. seems like no one working at Chipotle care about their products. they just there to get paid by the hours.... time to move on from CMG

This location had easy parking, and the store was not very busy. The young man who began taking our orders appeared to be new and struggled a little with taking the child's order. Another associate helped this gentleman, and he continued to help us with our order. He seemed friendly, smiling, and willing to be patient as we had several people in our group. The soda machine needed attention as it was running low on Coke and Mr. Ribbon. The sweet tea had not been sweetened. We brought the issue with the drink flavoring syrup to the attention of an associate. After 25 minutes, the tea was still not sweetened. It appears they have new employees, but better direction could have improved their score today. The seating area appeared clean, and my burrito was delicious, though.
