We had a lovely evening celebrating our 25th anniversary. Brain was excellent; attentive but not pushy. Food (the Churrasco) was delicious as always. Amazing Tres Leches for dessert.

Wow! What an excellent experience this Sunday brunch was. The food was to die for. The service from our bartender Jay was unmatched. (Make sure to try his Martini). And low lighting and quiet ambiance was absolutely perfect at Churrascos. Ask for Jay.
This is the second time that I go on a special occasion; however, they did not make anything to make it special. My salmon was initially raw, but they fixed it. A lady came intermittently to check on us. Food tasted good.

Churrascos was amazing. Our waiter, Fidelefio was awesome! Extremely attentive and friendly. The restaurant looked beautiful and was full of patrons. We enjoyed the evening and the food was delicious. We will definitely be going back and requesting Fidelefio.

My real complaint was that our waitress was not very attentive to our table. We never got one water refill or even asked if we wanted more water. While we could see her filling up others water glasses and just overall attentiveness elsewhere. One of our appetizers did not come out for quite awhile, which we had to bring to her attention. At this price point, people expect to be attended.

We loved her Churrascos and the food is always good. However, the service was not good at all this time. We sat, was given water and menus , however We sat for 20 minutes before we had to ask someone passing by if we could have some Plantain chips. That's just not the Churrascos way. So not sure what's going on, but you guys got to do better.

We celebrated my birthday at Churrascos on a Wednesday night. The first table that my party was seated at was going to be too small to accommodate 6 adults and two babies (a stroller and a high chair) and when we told our server, Skyler about it he was able to move us to a larger table and helped us schlep all our stuff to our new location. Skyler MADE our experience. He was knowledgeable about the menu, specials and made excellent suggestions. He was attentive and engaging with both the adults and babies! We are so grateful for a wonderful birthday celebration!

We have been huge Churrascos fans for 35 years. This latest visit was a special night with friends and the food was excellent. I am usually a filet, churrascos, guy but had the grilled snapper and shrimp and it totally exceeded my expectations. Service was good, and we could easily visit and hear each other.

Went to Churrascos last night. We couldn't get in the second door as a party of 4 were standing in the very small reception area. We waited, another group was behind us, waiting to enter. We step to the reception desk. We are asked if we had a reservation. We did not, gave them my name. We waited, she says can you step aside. Not you may have a seat to the right, behind the partition or you may wait at the bar. Does anyone know how to communicate anymore? We then are taken all the way to the back of the dining room. Against the back wall. We had the pleasure of looking at an empty dinning room. We order two kettle 1 and soda with a twist and order crab cakes. The waiter brought crab claws ( market priced item). We told him we didn't order that. We ordered crab cakes. He apologized he brought the crab cakes ( tasted like Costco cakes) and drinks. We ordered the Churrasco 8oz. The meat was ok not worth the money. ( Should have gone to Perry's) We get the check the waiter charged us for 4 drinks- he said I thought you said doubles. No. He went to get the manager- that took 15 minutes. We explained to the manager our experience. The check came back with no drinks. He didn't have to do that- I will pay for what I eat or drink. Pay the check. I walk out and my truck alarm is going off. It seems 15 minutes earlier I am told by another patron my truck and his mini van got our windows broken out. I have items stolen. You talk about a poor experience. Better have a reservation Better have the waiter repeat your ordered. Better check the bill throughly. Better get out of there before dark. Better go somewhere else.
Pro: The food is good. Con: It took a really long time for the entrees to come out. They also forgot our appetizer. The time and cost weighed in on my experience. I personally would not come back again.

Service 10/10 - Shoutout to Juan for amazing service Food 7/10 - good but not enough to make me want to come back time and time again Went there for a birthday dinner, got drinks while we waited for rest of party to arrive which were good. Appetizers were ready in good time and were delicious. The entrees were huge portions for the pollo and the paella was delicious. Definitely had enough to take home and eat the next day. The best part was when they had the fire for the toppings on top of the tres leches cake and one of the workers sang happy birthday in Spanish for us. He was really good. Overall, it was good and I have no complaints.

Pros: the Ceviche was good, the interior was clean and nicely decorated. I enjoyed the location as well, with easy parking and a nice lake in the back. Cons: most of the food was okay. However we ordered a medium rare Churrasco and it came out very bloody and rare with only the perimeter charred. We told the waiter, got it sent back, and it came back essentially the same. Would not come back because of this. Secondly, our waiter told me the cake would be on the house because we had a birthday. But when the bill came, he charged us full price. When I asked about it, the waiter said the free cake is only offered during lunch, and he refused to change it. Additionally, our waiter seemed to rush things. He tried to bring us spoons, and instead of placing one in front of each of us or just setting a pile down, he essentially flung it across the table at my guests on the other side. Overall, not a great experience.

The food here is good and has a lot of flavor. Service here is also beauty.The only thing different is not serving traditional steak sauce, but the sauce they have is good, just different.
