Chuy’s is a great Tex-Mex joint with an eclectic flare. Their service is usually spot on and their food is always pretty solid. A favorite is their chicken tortilla soup and their stuffed poblano. My son loves their cheese burger and claims it’s one of the best in Sugar Land. They have some great sauces and their creamy dip for the chips is the best.
Kid-friendliness: A kid friendly menu with plastic cups that have tops and bendy straws. They also distribute crayons and paper for puzzles and doodling.

We had another great experience at Chuy‘s. Came with my nephews who have severe food allergies. The manager, Mikki and our server Erick were so great at accommodating our needs. Great food. Great time.

This Chuy's has deteriorated since COVID. We used to be regular visitors here, but we come often less now since it's not as good as it once was. The service is usually pretty good, from the host to the table server. All are efficient and accurate. The dining room is fun, but it's also loud and hectic. This is certainly not the kind of place for a romantic night out. The real issue is the food. It's not bad, but I remember when it was really good. Now, portions are smaller, and quality is worse. We always leave just a little disappointed thinking it will EVENTUALLY get back to where it was, but it never has. The loss of quality is particularly apparent in the to-go orders, which are usually small, hastily assembled, and cold by the time you get home. And by way of comparison, we visited a Chuy's in Dallas while we were there for an event and it was MUCH better, like we remember.
Vegetarian options: There are clearly labeled vegetarian items, and a few items that are not normally vegetarian can be made as such.
Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly. Many kids present.

Will not be coming back staff was beyond slow
We had two chip refills before we even had water hit the table. We asked for medium rare fajitas and it was well done. Waitress also forgot several additional side items and none of it come to the table at all. Chuys is very disappointing. They shoved all the customers in one section while the other section is empty. Was too crowded loud and slow. Do better

The food today was delicious , the room was beautiful and very welcoming. We had a very large group and only one waitress. She was very pleasant, but she clearly has a difficult time keeping up. We had to clear our own plates from the table and some people never got the water refilled. They automatically added a 20 percent tip, which is ok if service is provided. Two servers would have made the difference! We had about 35 people. Disappointed in the service.

The place was packed and we only waited 10 minutes to be seated for a table of 5 on a Saturday evening. The waitress was great, pleasant and efficient. The food, oh the food was so good, that was the best part of our experience at Chuy’s. I had the green chile combo. We’re definitely coming back!

Pretty good place to dine at. Friendly employees. I had not been to Chuy's in a while but it didn't feel like previous visits

Lunch was great here, quite tasty in an atmosphere conductive to conversation. I was surprised there were good vegan and vegetarian options. Other menu options were also very good. I will be back.

The food was OK. However, service was terrible, and their were only 3 other tables being serviced. We had to ask constantly for refills for drinks and chips etc...

They have great Tex- Mex food, large portions, and great chips with salsa. They started adding more food to the manu, which it's great because I order chile relleno and enchiladas. One of my favorites 😍
