The crew member preparing the cinnamon rolls picked up trash from the floor and did not change his gloves. He continued preparing food with contaminated gloves. In addition, a cashier adjusted her braids/bun and did not wash her hands. Employees must be trained on the important of food safety.

They don’t honor $5 rewards at this location that you get from purchasing $25 gift cards when they have a promo. I went 3 times to use it. First time, they said their system is down. Second time, they said it doesn’t apply to Cinnapacks on Tuesday. Third time, their location doesn’t accept it. They could have said that in the very beginning. Poor customer service!
Super disappointed in the quality of the cinnabons here. My last two orders were basically buns with little to NO cinnamon in them. None at the beginning of the roll, none at the center of the roll. Basically nothing like original, quality Cinnabons should be. I really hate that we're expected to spend full price for minimal use of ingredients. Definitely would not recommend delivery.

Very friendly staff. Manager is a very young girl who is very friendly and professional. She inspired me and my boys of how smart and hard worker she is.
