Horrible customer service. Stood for half an hour while the two ladies kept ringing the roll and asking to insert my card over and over. Then just kept looking at me with a deer in a head light look. Finally I got tired of standing there so I said thank you don’t worry about and they said nothing not even a simple apology or anything.

We tried the cookie dough with frosting on top and it was so good! Truly hard to believe it’s all vegan! The service was a little slow, but it was mainly due to a large order ahead of us and the workers were waiting for their rolls to finish baking. I wish they would’ve fulfilled our order in the meantime as it was just cookie dough, but it was fine! Can’t wait to return and try a cinnamon roll or dole whip!

I came in today and ordered the Oreo cheesecake roll. The roll was absolutely scrumptious. I was served by Preston and Tayo and the service was amazing. Overall I would rate my experience 10/10. I would come here again and tell all my friends about it.

Got a cinnamon roll with banana cream and caramel. Unfortunately, the "Banana" cream tasted artificial like a banana Laffy taffy, and it ruined it for me. The cinnamon roll tasted good, but the fake banana flavor was overwhelming.

This was a random find when we were in the area and just looking to kill some time. Walking in, you're definitely greeted with the warm smell of cinnamon rolls that just makes your mouth water. This place is meant for decadent desserts and they definitely deliver on that. We got 2 rolls - one savory and one sweet. I will say, I actually preferred the savory roll a bit more than the sweet, just because it was too sweet for me. The savory roll was the pizza roll, which reminded me of a pizza lunchable on top of a bread roll. It was made to order, but I still wish the cheese was fully melted. It was still a bit chunky and cold, which is what made it feel like I was back in school eating a lunchable. Flavor was there, but execution could be better. The other one we got was the fall crunch which was an overload of the fruit, chocolate, and granola. It was just too sweet for me. I just tasted sugar, and if you're a big sweet fan, you might enjoy this, but it wasn't my favorite. The price was okay - a bit more than I expected at around $7-8 per roll, but I guess in this economy that's all expected. If I go again, I might just want to try a plain cinnamon roll to scratch that dessert itch. Overall, if you want a place to take someone's kids, hop them up on sugar and return them to their parents this would be the perfect place for it.

Edit: Got the pizza rolls again and they were better?Was excited to try the seasonal pizza rolls after a while and the cheese was not melted, which affected the taste. The frostings can also taste sugary so it’s hard to get each individual flavor and it has more of an oily consistency. Option to customize is nice though. Customer service and inside of the store is also great.

A pretty nice find for just moseying around the neighborhood stores. Cinnaholic is a quiet store for any cinnamon bun lover's dream. Since we're in the fall, a good cinnamon bun will always hit the spot. We ordered two cinnamon buns. 1 was their seasonal fall bun and their pizza bun.The pizza bun was an absolute let down - It was nothing more than a glorified Lunchable pizza from back in elementary school. Its quite sad and underwhelming when it came out. You get your bun with pasta sauce and shredded cheese on top. Very simple, not complexed and definitely not up to what I was expecting to get. Hard pass on this one. The season fall bun was actually quite exquisite and delicious, filled with berries, crumble, syrup and most importantly, it filled up the entire container. This one I thoroughly enjoyed. The pricing on these cinnamon buns are more than I expected. However if you're in a pinch to scratch the itch of one of these guys, you'll pay for whatever for them. Just don't get the pizza bun.

If I could give this place 10+ stars I would. Everyone I’ve ever met here (I go a lot) has been so incredibly kind and a joy to meet, it’s probably ranked among the top best customer service I’ve ever gotten. On to the food which is above 5 stars in and of itself btw, but when you’re eating these cinnamon rolls, you forget that they’re even vegan, like literally. From all the cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had in my life, vegan and non vegan, these take the cake lol they’re just the best! I’ve taken my friends, my siblings, my siblings friends, my parents and more here and not a single bad review, everyone walks out obsessed and a fan. You CANT go wrong with the very berry that’s a crowd favorite imo, but all of them are so perfect and smooth and soft and fresh and SO aesthetically appealing! Just get ready to be addicted
