I ordered a Nutella crepes with fruits on the side, but they did not put Nutella on my crepe. I’ve ordered from them a couple times and last time the crepe was old, it was not fresh.

NOT as good as the Rice Village Location… food is ok but CHECK YOUR RECEIPT FOR HIDDEN EXTRA CHARGES!!We met friends at this location, we all paid separately but because we were sitting together they processed a mandatory large party service charge! This is not a sit down restaurant where they are actually serving you. You place an order at the counter and they give you a number…it’s ridiculous to force a service charge on 3 separate tickets because we are sitting together. Not to mention the service wasn’t that great. The orders came out separate even though they insisted on giving all 3 of us the same number. We will be sticking to the Rice Village location because we were NOT impressed with this Sugar Land’s customer service.(I would like to add we would’ve tipped and probably more than we were forced to pay but to sneak that extra charge in each order seems shady and just left a bad taste in our mouth)

Sometimes "foodie" establishments are the worst sort. The function is overwhelmed by the form and you are left with pretty, tasteless food (with or without the comma). I understand the contradiction, ordinarily. And I normally make concessions. But, sometimes, even their basic food is unworthy. Such is the case here, with Coco Crêpes. I love their look. The appearance of so many sweet and tasty delicacies on the menu makes you forget that you didn't really come here for desert. You wanted a fulfilling meal. I had a choice between spinach chicken crepes and a waffle. I chose the waffle. The default comes with berries and powdered sugar. I asked for just butter and syrup. "No sugar" she mumbled to herself as she put in the order.I got 2 iPhone-sized waffles with whipped cream and a small tub of syrup. No butter. As the whole thing with butter on pancakes or waffles is to have the butter placed on them while hot, the absence of butter meant that this was going to be a challenge. I asked the waitress for butter, and also reminded her I had ordered bacon. She didn't appear to recognize the urgency of the situation.I gave it a minute or two and decided I could do this faster myself, and headed inside to get butter. On the way in I passed my waitress. She had bacon, but no butter. I went to a counter and asked one of the 3 associates behind the counter for butter. The first two referred me to the third who understood me. At least she understood that I wanted butter. She decided I needed it melted, so I had to wait another 30 seconds for the microwave bell to ring.Back at my table, I poured the butter on my waffles, doused them with the syrup and proceeded to dig in. I was very disappointed. I might as well have been eating an english muffin with syrup on it.The bacon was decent. The waffles, though, were fraudulent. I wish I could say they were tasteless but their aftertaste endured even through a cup of the house coffee. The smell of wet cardboard closely resembles what I tasted that morning. I am not trying to be mean. I simply love waffles, ordered waffles, but am mystified by what I was presented. I do see why berries and powdered sugar are the normal accompaniment.I had some of my partners spinach crepes and they were fabulous. The place has potential. The waffle item, though, needs a makeover.

I came to grab food before a meeting purchased 2 crepes, 2 coffees and 2 of the specialty large mugs. Went to the meeting pulled the cup out and the cup fell from the handle. Went back 2 days later to get another cup before even getting the receipt the lady says, " no we take no returns, i said I just purchased no, no we have sign". I said ok walked beside her and threw it in the trash. That means any product, food or items they will not ensure the product is what you paid for? I'm a business owner who lives in Sugarland and confirmed our networking meetings or any other meetings will not be held at this location.

Coming here for Sunday brunch or for dessert after dinner is a family favorite. Sitting outside all together on the patio is so pleasant.
