The ice cream from this place was amazing and the overall hospitality was great. The employee was very kind.

So, as usual, Cold Stone's Ice Cream is insanely good and the flavors are spot on! As far as this location, my wife and I walked into an empty store. The attendant was in the back on his cell phone. Once he saw us, he came out (still on bluetooth), put on his apron and proceeded to serve us as if we'd interrupted his day. I love Cold Stone ice cream, but its too expensive for bad attitudes. I dont expect this store to be here long...shame.

CSC is my all time favorite I was very excited to be there, I went there on Monday at 2 O’clock to have some delicious ice cream. When I walk inside no one is there to attend I was shocked and waiting for someone to be there. After 2-3 minutes 1 lady came out name “SONIA” and act like she is not happy to see Me there, she was continuously talking on the call even that She didn’t greet me well, I was waiting for her to ask me what I want to order, after 5 minutes she came and she was like what you want to order. I was seriously very disappointed with the behavior of that lady. I didn’t recommend anyone to go there and waste the precious money. I suggest the owner to hire someone who is sincere with the job, and GOD BLESS if she is ther owner….

Came out for a treat, was so severely disappointed. Ice cream was so good, but Saad behind the counter had airpods in, ignored us the entire time we stood there. No one else was in the establishment. Was extremely hostile and rude to us when we finally politely managed to get his attention. Never been treated this way before in a Coldstone. Please try a different location!

I have seen many reviews for this location that was unattended or given any feedback from the owner anyway this will be attended too Anyway, We visited this location yesterday August 22 around 8-9pm. Poor customer service.. Was my first time visiting this location, no welcoming, feel like we were bothering him which we did we just came in looks the flavor and pick 3 cups of ice cream to go.. the employee name “Saad” was attending us was not rude or said anything but could see his face that he is not liking our presence , I feels like our presence was bothering him.. when we pick the size the portion was not enough either it’s just half full not even the size that we picked. I have been to many cold stone locations but not a single location disappointed me with the service ..never recommend this place who doesn’t care about the customers

Everything said about this place is true. Rude employees with an unkempt seating area and dismal ice cream and toppings. This place is just cold blooded. I’ll come back and visit when they permanently close.

I’m very friendly to everyone I meet and yesterday (5/16) my fiancé treated me to get ice cream at my favorite ice cream shop (CSC) after a long work week. Upon arrival we weren’t greeted because the workers were busy which was understandable. I waited patiently to order and the older gentleman working the late shift (we were there around 9pm) gave eye contact with a nod for me to give my order. I said “Hi, I want to order the birthday cake remix with no fudge but caramel instead.” I’m not a fudge fan. He whispered to the lady and tells me they didn’t have caramel something and I didn’t catch what he said . As he started to make my ice cream he added fudge and asked if I wanted caramel when I looked down at what he was doing I stopped him and said,”no I said no fudge but caramel..” he visibly was upset that I spoke up on what I asked for. He scooped the middle out and proceeded to make the ice cream and instead of giving me more of the ice cream he took and mixing it together he put the extra ice cream on top of the mixed ice cream. The ppl before me he handed their ice cream in their hands but when he handed it to me he set it down as if I was nasty or my skin was going to rub off on to his skin. I felt disrespected and he was very rude to me . My fiancé paid for the ice cream and we left.

I really had a craving for the ice cream here because I was a bit home sick and this was the closest thing for home for me . To be treated less than is insane to me . Please teach your employees how to treat people and if they can’t then normalize saying “This may not be the best place for you to work.” & God forbid if he’s the owner . That’ll make it even worse.

the owner was very rude, she kept yelling at her workers, not a friendly environment for my kids
