Ive come to this place couple times now. I don’t know why sign up for the rewards program if the owner of this franchise prohibits their employees to redeem the bogo. She says it’s not there when it clearly is after giving her the number she’s done this multiple times I asked the employee in Spanish and she said it was her who doesn’t let them use the coupons . It’s the lady wearing the hijab.

We came in about an hour before closing and first when we entered there was no one to greet us. Lady working was rude also. Later eating the ice cream we realized the brownie was old because we got instant pain in our stomachs and even the morning after we had some issues digestively. Honestly they probably were trying to get rid of their old batch of the brownies which is why they tasted like that. Advise everyone to ask them before getting the brownie if they old.

John was THE best! He was very kind and encouraging to try different flavors. He made our ice creams so yummy. He is very welcoming to guests, starts conversation and just made the experience awesome! Everyone used gloves when handling our ice cream.
Hope to come back and see John working again!!! :)

The business presentation is clean and the staff is friendly. My frustration is the lack of gloves used in preparing ice cream cone/bowl or candy apple. Please ensure gloves or used when preparing ice cream request and changed once checkout transaction is completed using the same gloves. It is not sanitary to grab a waffle bowl or cone touching the actual waffle with your bare hand. Covid is rising again and all precautions should be taken.
Don't order online through door dash, they don't put any toppings, lazyyyyy

Sonia was so sweet and attentive. The ice cream was incredible. The ice cream cake was beautiful and Sonia went about and beyond with the message. I highly recommend it!

Very nice store. It was neat and clean. They also have more options than I've seen at usual ice cream places like different chocolates, and various candied apples. I was really impressed. Service was great. Ice cream was great
