This restaurant is a gem! Had a great experience dining in here awhile ago and found the food was authentic and very delicious. I started to order takeout for Peking duck, fried rice as my comfort food because they are sooo good, also tried other dishes like jellyfish, squid, pork, fried dumplings and fish, and they were all solid delicious. I order almost every other week and they have delivered consistent great quality and taste. Felt very lucky this restaurant is near by my place. The food definitely helped me to get through some rough times. Thought it’s fair to write a good review in return haha

This is another hidden gem in Sugar Land. All of the food we had was soooo good! We had Dried Pork Intestine, Peking Duck, Chicken egg roll, Stewed Chicken, Mapo Tofu and Chicken and Corn soup. Only one server, but she did everything. We got there early, but more customers came later, and she was on top of everything. This was one of the best Chinese restaurants I've been to other than China. The place was really high class in its decor.A great place if you want to impress someone with the food and ambiance.Loved it! It seems they are closed for renovations, not sure why.

Peking duck is one of the best in Chinese cuisines. And this place doesn't disappoint. Their duck is so crispy and the presentation is excellent. The whole place the ambiance and the decor transport you to China. The food come out quick and the server is very knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommended

First time to Courtyard Cusine. The staff was really nice, they came to the table to see if we needed anything else, filled our glasses with tea without asking ?.

Convenient location inside shopping centre. Fried whole squid is tender in sweet and sour sauce. BBQ duck can be enjoyed in three different ways which is quiet authentic way to enjoy.

The food here is as tasty as it is presentable! The Peking duck comes with these tortilla-like rice paper, like it’s not the same as regular rice paper? But still so good! Though the restaurant is pretty small and the bathroom is located outside of it. Good service and good seating.

Peking duck - very good, skin crispy, meat tender. Only $25 for half duck and includes soup. Recommend calling ahead to reserve a duck to make sure they don't run out.West Lake soup - good consistency, thickened soup like how it's supposed to be. I also like that they used chopped beef pieces instead of ground beef.Chef's special squid - squid was fried perfectly, still tender, not rubbery. The sweet, slightly spicy sauce was a great accompaniment.House special fried rice - kids loved it. Lots of beef, chicken, and shrimp.Steamed scallops with garlic glass noodles - pretty good since this is a hard dish to find anywhere else.Overall, excellent food for excellent prices.

A hidden gem in Sugar Land. A friend mentioned this restaurant, it shares the front facade with the JusGo supermarket, off Hwy 6. Very good food and overall

This is our favorite Chinese restaurant in Sugar Land. My kids rave about it and especially love the Peking duck and sweet and sour fish filets. We come here on special occasions and it’s always packed on holidays so be sure to make a reservation. Other favorites are pineapple fried rice and garlic pork. Service is always quick and friendly.

Come here if you want to have a stomach Ache. The veggies here are not fresh and is under cooked, covered with heavy sauce so you can't tell how freshness of the vegetables is until you go to the bathroom. The pecking duck was the worse I ever had. Very bland without any flavors. If I was American, I might think this is the standard or good, but I'm not and is one of the worse chinese restaurants i ever been to.

Food is either too salty or too sweet. This is definitely not your typical Chinese restaurant. Better spend your money somewhere else.

Our experience at this restaurant was far from satisfactory. The food tasted awful. It was notably greasy and several dishes had an odd flavor (e.g. Kung Pao Duck Breast). Upon inquiring, the waiter explained that they use pre-packaged seasonings, suggesting that the chefs lack proper cooking skills. The sauce for the Peking Duck was distinctly inauthentic. The service was incredibly disappointing!!! The attitude of the waiter at the front desk was the worst we've encountered. His behavior was arrogant and rude, and it baffles me how he can work in the service industry with such an attitude. This is the worst restaurant we've dined in! I strongly advise others to consider dining elsewhere where they can receive the quality of food and service they deserve.

Very very tasty and authentic Chinese Peking cuisine. Everything is worth a try! We especially recommend the Peking roasted duck, sautéed shredded pork and sautéed pig liver. Material is very fresh. Environment is neat and clean. Owners and staff are friendly and dedicated too. We are so grateful we have this restaurant in Houston!

The Peking duck was FIRE and the service was good. The place is pretty clean and well decorated too! The other dishes (particularly the veggies) are great. Will be back
