Whoever the old guy (at least thats what he sounded like) is that I just spoke to on the phone (4/24/24 @ 7:24pm) is extremely rude. He couldn't hear me but I could hear his heavy breathing. Get people who can hear to answer the phone. I also wouldn't call to get an update on my order that I placed online if I didn't check online first, is common sense obviously I’m calling because my order status hasn't updated for the past hour! Once he gave me a dry update he hung up on me while I was mid sentence.Wouldn’t recommend, at least not on the days he's there.
