The lady that was working today pushed my daughter's cup and then proceeded to want to charge her for a new cup after she told her she was going to refill her cup that fell on the floor. This lady was just horrible blaming my child for her mistake and then wanting to charge almost 10 bucks for a plastic cup with nothing in it.

This Dippin’ Dots is a booth inside of First Colony Mall. It’s always been great for me here! I love the cookies n cream and birthday cake flavors! The dots feel good to eat! It’s an easy dessert snack to carry around the mall too.

My daughter, my mom and I were just there. The owner gave us our ice cream. When I reached for my credit card in my purse, I set my small Sephora bag (worth $75) in front of the register which she could see as well. I paid and I got distracted with my daughter and walked off ...my mother was having a small talk with the owner and got distracted as well and didn't notice we had left my Sephora bag as well. The owner never reminded me or my mom about leaving the Sephora bag infront of the register. After I realized that I had left the Saphora bag infront of the register, I came back to ask her about it and she claimed she didn't see it. I am not sure if it was her or the next customer that took it but be aware about leaving bags infront of the register because the owner will not remind you about your bag....it so disappointing.The ice cream is just ok...won't be going back

The Dippin' Dots are awsome except that it froze my teeth and it is pretty much like ice nut overall it is good.
