Every time that we’ve ordered from this location the order takes over an hour to be completed before I can pick it up. Apparently this is a consistent issue at this location. The parking lot is always full of waiting customers that are told to continue circling the thru until it’s done.

We ordered 2 pizzas and 3 chicken alferedo pastas also paid for 3 dipping sauces in the side .. which were not given when we took the food home .. pasta was supposed to be just chicken but had sausage in it! Very disappointed with how careless they could be also looking at the quantity of the pasta that was given .. not even half a bowl

Ordered at 930pm. Was told pizza would be ready in ten minutes after already waiting the window of time. Then the door was locked. Only to be told it would be another ten minutes. Manager came out and said it was Friday. Busy. And he couldn’t control his business. He had nothing to do with the app. Even though it said complete. WAS quick to refund my money and not make things right.

My order was given to a customer who just so happened to have had the same first name as myself. Rather than an apology or empathy or willingness to compensate, the woman built like a potato behind the counter gave me snide attitude for their mistake. NEVER AGAIN.

The guy that messed up my orders I asked for three pizzas he gave me two and when I specifically asked for one of the pizzas to have olives on it he gave me a Hawaiian with jalapenos. When I went in for my pizza he tried to hit me somebody else's order.
