Review for Dunkin’ (Visited at 6:00 AM):
I arrived exactly at opening time—6:00 AM, hoping to grab some breakfast quickly before work. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting at the drive-thru speaker for about 10 minutes with no response. When I finally pulled up to the front window, the staff member told me they weren’t serving food yet, even though it was well past opening time.
To make matters more frustrating, I saw the same staff member chatting outside with some construction workers instead of helping customers. Eventually, after I mentioned I’d been waiting for 10 minutes, she said she’d make the food. But after another 10 minutes of waiting with no food in hand, I had to leave for work empty-handed.
Overall, it was really disappointing and annoying to waste 20 minutes and end up with no breakfast. Hopefully, the management can improve their opening routines so this doesn’t happen to others.

I love dunkin’ just not this one. I went here today and ordered the same thing i always do n it tasted absolutely nasty and so did my boyfriends. I’m not sure if the milk was spoiled or what but please do not go to this location it will make you hate dunkin’.

I will not be coming back to this location , every time I come here there happens to be an incident , either my coffee of bitter, or the workers are unprofessional. I work in the morning and stop by for coffee and food , I’m waiting at the speaker , nobody can answer the speaker , I said hello 3x with no reply , I then exit and see a young girl at the window laughing along with another worker , if they aren’t ready to take orders or there is a reason as to why they aren’t ready or will be a delay I expect at least a answer or a “hold” instead of being flat out ignored . As someone who’s worked fast food before it isn’t that difficult , and the proper thing to do is to apologize for the inconvenience not ignore a customer and wasting my time when I could’ve and should’ve gone elsewhere for coffee .

Got a $3 discount on my matcha today, which was nice, but the service was disappointing. The staff forgot my cold foam and when I reminded them, they added it without any friendliness or smile. It felt like they didn’t care at all. I hope the store improves their customer service — attitude matters just as much as the drink.

NO STARS! Dunkin has gone so down hill. I completely understand why they barely have even 3 stars. Dunkin sucks and this location sucks even more. They will rip you off every chance they get and they will not make it right. They get the order wrong every single time and refuse to make it right.
