There is no restaurant in the Sugar Land area that has a greater variety of healthy, delicious salads & hot food (on display) than Fadi’s Mediterranean Grill. Some foods that are not on display, like the kabobs, are especially tender & delectable (especially the salmon kabobs). The manager, Adam, is always visible and a great host. This place is a classic, elegant dining experience. You can taste the freshness in every bite, and the dishes are neatly labeled. The staff is amazing, and the salads are top-notch. The hummus is delicious, whether it’s flavored or regular. Every curry must be flavorful, and we tried butter chicken, which was really delicious. The falafel is also top-notch.
