We got the bun kebab here for the first time a few weeks ago and it was great! However, this time they were cold even though we had placed the pick up order while on our way to pick up the food, so we weren’t late to pick it up. The bun kebab itself was underwhelming this time, with no chutney, tomato, or cucumber in it like the first time we tried it. The lack of consistency in food is frustrating.

I've actually never left a bad review anywhere else before, but it's very important to review this place. Last night, we went to Fanoosh for dine-in at 10:35 PM (closing time was 11 PM). Two female employees refused us dine in service after taking our order and payment because they were in a hurry to leave early. I've never experienced such poor customer service. I don't know where else customers are treated with such an attitude. Secondly, the burger was the worst I've ever had, the meat was completely raw, They were in such a hurry that they didn't even prepare our food properly. What kind of way is this to treat customers? To the owner: avoid hiring such employees if you value your business. I'm certain this wouldn't have happened with a manager or owner present.

The Burgers here aren't really that great. Emphasis on sauce instead of a nice and juicy burger. It was definitely overcooked. The beef bacon was nice tho. Mid halal option.

My husband chose this place for lunch and we were not disappointed. Staff were pleasant and welcoming and the food was delicious. I got the spicy chicken with fries and my husband ordered the brisket burger. I would go back for the fries alone. They were so good and well seasoned.

What an experience! The ambiance is something for sure. Not very clean, but their maid is on vacation! Deals - sure they have them on their sign posted up front, but only for select elite customers (we were denied saying it wasn’t active anymore, but they were nice enough to give them to the uncle after us!). The water was so fresh it tasted like rainwater. Also, the bathroom was actually clean and there were no paper towels so they can save the environment!!

bad taste worst experience. they gave us wrong order. the burgers were stale and fries were miserable. will never go again awful.

Ambience was good and environment was comfortable..neat and clean..Got my order in 10 mins.The Food Was Tasty & well prepared.The Quality of the food was also worth it.Their Sauce give extra taste to the burgers 🍔🥰 Definitely Recommended ! Gonna Try Again !

I ordered spicy fries and they were cold and not fresh fries.

Wonderful taste. Deal they offer was cheap. I was buying 2 burger and got 1 extra for same price of 2. 100% halal and recommended.

Guys keep up the same taste.
