I’ve supported this location of Firehouse since it opened. Even during the pandemic I made sure to frequent via food delivery apps. A couple of months ago, I got a BOGO for Firehouse and used it at this location. When I picked up my order, I asked if I can have the Captain Sorensen’s sauce. The owner told me, “I can’t give you the sauce because your sandwich was free.” What…?? Even if you claim “the economy” or “COGS” it still doesn’t make sense to lose a customer over a sauce packet.
Can't speak for all employees, but one rude wmplojust wasn't willing to help me. I asked if I could get the FREE add ons, I repeat FREE add ons put on to my sandwich and blatantly fired back no. I made an honest mistake on my order and they weren't accommodating to my ask whatsoever. I ended up paying $9 for a sandwich with pretty much nothing on it
Vegetarian options: This restaurant is not vegetarian friendly whatsoever, avoid if you're a vegan or vegetarian

Came in at 8:40 to buy a sub and I was told that they were already closed and had sterilized everything. Might as well advertise you close at 8:40 rather than 9pm? really bad customer service experience to promote something and not provide the service as such (:
