Great American Cookies

Suppose to open at 10am. Still not open at 10:39am

Had an order from too good to go placed with a pick up window of 10-11 am and nobody has shown up by 10:30 am. The offer sold out so they should’ve been expecting business from open

I love the cookies here and it’s a must go when shopping at the mall. Service is fast and quick and staff is very nice. The red velvet cookie has a nice rich flavor to it and the birthday cake cookie is filled with flavors. I always go here!

Worst experience Ever! I walked up to the counter , and there wasn’t anyone in sight “customer wise”! I proceed to wait on the employee to place my order and a lady walked up to the counter and asked for a drink as if I WASN'T STANDING THERE! The professional thing the cashier should have done is waited on the person who was there FIRST which was me, but instead she went against common etiquette! The lady proceeded to YELL at me for speaking up and addressing the fact that I was there first. She called me rude for speaking up for what was RIGHT! The employee never intervened and she knew that I was there first! I would not have had a problem with letting the lady go first had she approached me RESPECTFULLY, but what you’re not going to do is paint me as a bad person because I stood up for MYSELF in a respectful way! Never was I rude to her or the employee! And even after everything was over the employee never apologized for the unprofessionalism that she possessed! WORST customer service ever, I will drive miles to another location just to avoid being treated unfairly!

Absolutely awful experience. I went to one of these stores one day and got a few cookies. They were great. So my wife ordered a cookie cake from them for my birthday. Not only did they change the location of the pickup after the order was placed, but it took us to the mall to pick it up. I walk all the way into the mall to find out they don't have it. The guy knew what the order was, but said they don't have it there and it was at another store. He gave me bad directions to the other store and I couldn't find it. I called, and they wouldn't let me cancel the order until it gets approved by the district manager. So hopefully the manager sees this and realized they completely need to redo their system. So now I'm out $40 and got nothing except an empty gas tank.

The best cookie I have ever had,so delicious and fresh.Well trained staff always smile…customer service was brilliant, even though if you will buy only 2 cookies. Keep it up!

Went there on Saturday order a cookie cake the young lady was polite too me she explained all the decorations that can be on the cake and how many people it can feed I also order 13 cookies and the was very delicious .

They are always closing to early. Wanted to buy a big batch of cookies for a party, but they said there were closing. It was 5:30 and all cookies were put up.

The young lady she was rude and nasty it's not the first time the same lady days ago she work. With bad actitud with my daugther also the place looks nasty and this lady don't used mask need to be careful
