There is always a long queue at this place so we gave it a try. A meal set comes with one skew, a cup of curry and rice for $11. While the food tasted great, I think it is overpriced.
Packed! Came to Sugarland just to experience Seafood City on a long weekend and most Filipinos drove from different cities to experience a piece of home. So worth it. The night we came we ordered chicharon bulaklak, Laing, bopis, squid, grilled fish and our tummy was happy. The next day we ordered take out of grilled fish, halo halo ($10 for two!). I had mixed feeling about Grill City. The line was really long on weekends. I came here during a weekday before dinner time. There were just me and friend in the line. Employees were helpful explaining the dishes. I got my Pancit Palabok and Pork Adobo. They tasted fresh but I won't want the hassle to get food like this. I would go elsewhere.
