If I could give zero stars, I would. Pathetic service. As soon as the greeter saw, she made a dull face and wasn't happy to see us. Our waitress was in a hurry to leave our table and didn't let us complete the order. After she got my son's kids' meal, she didn't pay attention to our table. We didn't have any napkins or silverware. While ordering drinks and food, we had requested more chips that come with guacamole, and we were ready to pay extra but never received it. We requested lemon wedges with water, never given. We had to ask four different servers to bring us lemon wedges, silverware, and then change the meal because it had beef. This is my second similar experience, and I feel mad that I decided to go here again on a day when my son was feeling low. Never never returning again.

Mathew was our server during this time around he was very patient with us, the manager at the time also was very polite and helpful I didn't catch his name but he was wearing suspenders and had curly hair!! He was very attentive to. Customers needs, greeting every table and making uste everything was up to everyone's expectations! The food was great I wanted something not too heavy so I ordered the tortilla soup, which was very delicious 😋 😀! We dined in on a Sunday evening and it wasn't to full which was a surprise but very convenient for us!

This was my first time trying Gringos and I enjoyed the first experience. The bartender Mario was good and made sure my drinks were flowing and food order was on point. The restaurant was clean and everyone was friendly. My marisco bowl was delicious.

As always with Gringo's it was a great experience. The food was good. Our server was absolutely great , polite . Upon entering the restaurant, the host staff was courteous and polite. The drinks are always topshelf.

Margaritas are weak and they limit you to only 2 large which is basically all ice and sweet and sour, waste of money, quality of food is sub par,

Fajita tasted great but the plate portions were small. A lot more expensive compared to other Mexican restaurants like Chuy's, or Los Tios.
